Wouldn't recommend them at all. Waited 4 months to have my furniture delivered. Took time off work and arranged to have my 3 piece suite to be removed. They got in touch 5 days b4 to tell me they only had part of my new 3 piece suite and that I had would have to wait until July to have the chair delivered, if they think this is acceptable after waiting 4 months there's something wrong. They customer service manager didn't think it was a problem. I got no apology, hust OK I will cancel it for you. They have left me in such a mess. Not to be trusted.

Very helpful and good customer service

We had a great experience thanks to Aidan, who was well-mannered, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the sofa we were purchasing. His communication throughout was excellent, and he was very accommodating to our needs. After our purchase, we noticed a price reduction before delivery, and the team promptly refunded the difference under their price promise, which was much appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish!

The staff at the Birstall store were very friendly and helpful. They showed us different options and talked us through the delivery options. They made the experience very easy without any hard sell.

Excellent quality furniture. The ordering process is easy and efficient. Unless you're in a desperate hurry, it pays to wait until the pieces you're after are being offered at a good discount. You have to pay extra for delivery, even the basic where they just carry it through the front door, but all other furniture companies seem to do this (as far as I know). I did have a problem with the delivery, but after discussing it with their customer service they did resolve it to my satisfaction. They gave me the impression that they value their reputation and would make an effort to sort out any problems, which was reassuring.

Very helpful staff without being over the top . Went back a second time to purchase a picture that caught my eye on the original trip and they were just as helpful again
