Great company helpful staff no pressures to buy would recommend

Aidan, from the Stevenage branch, was very helpful, not pushy and a lovely person to do the transaction with. The store manager was also very accommodating when we wanted to make a change in our order a few days later. The furniture is good quality and looks amazing in our new house!

No pressure, just lots of advise, easy parking and quick delivery date.

Whilst the shop staff were very helpful and allow us room and time to make our choice we were not impressed with the delivery staff one was rude and argumentative. We would not use this service agabin and only buy furniture that we could take home ourselves.

Sliding door was misaligned and had to be corrected

Ordered our dresser in January, allowed us to move the delivery date back and forth while waiting for completion date, no complaints or cost to me. Will definitely buy from here again.

We had a technician out to my home we was told as the couch is loose it's because it's in a corner close to a radiator I've never heard such rubbish so u can't put a corner couch into a corner?? I wouldn't ever go back to this place absolute rubbish company

Good salesman good product

It was nice to not hounded by salesmen as soon as you stepped in the door. We were met by the Manager who explained the layout of the store and would we like a drink. We were then left to our own devices until we had looked round the whole store. Once we decided on a couple of tables that might suit us each one was shown how easy they were to extend etc. we were given a lot of different design chairs to see which went with our chosen table. We were surprised the different comfort levels of the chairs. Payment and delivery instructions were given clearly. All in all a good experience.

Service and communication of delivery was very good…. However delivery was not so good as I was unaware of premium delivery so sideboard was just put in room of choice and left not unpacked
