I mostly have chatted with Deepthi who was very polite and very eager to help me with the result of the COVID test. She answered me immediately and explain to me how long does it take until I get results and why. On my day 2 test result report my name was written wrong and she had sent request for the name correction and the new report comes quickly. I checked on google and I find out In Hindu origin the meaning of name Deepthi is glow, shine. She definitely has shine in her work, in assisting me with answers about the results and I think she likes to help people. I have one more test to do for the day 8 and I am sure if I want to know something about results, Deepthi will be there to help me with that.

I was not sure how can I send the test result to back but the assistant Deepthi explain to me how can I do. The communication was very fast and helpful. I am really satisfied with the answer and help.

Testing all very straightforward and both kit and results came through no problem.
