My mum got them to upgrade my pc for an early christmas present as I originally bought the pc from them they did a great job everything works great.

Bought PC for my grandson last xmas an i7. However it had an early poor i7 chip unsupported in Windows 11. Pc can't be upgraded without new board and chip. The version of windows wasn't a licensed version either. SSD also packed up last month. The processor runs too hot so paste needs investigation.
