Brilliant sevice all in all very happy

Ordered this for my son so can't personally review the PC but my son says it's 5 out of 5 and very happy with item I ordered this on a Saturday and was delivered by Tuesday. Lots of updates from Veno so no complaints from me

Bought for 11 year old who is a gamer - everything good so far, we used our own wifi adapter as the provided one wasn't up to the capacity of the fibre service or the distance from router. That aside, everything from delivery to usage is on point.

I bought this gaming PC on behalf of my son. After completing checkout, I discovered I had received an email from Venp-Scorp offering me £25 off if I completed the purchase. Obviously this was too late as I had already bought it so I contacted the company, advised what had happened and if there was any way they could refund £25 back to my card as my son had saved his birthday and Christmas money in order to buy the PC and this would go a long way in helping my son buy some games. I received a prompt reply from Amreen advising they would refund the £25 as a gesture of goodwill. The PC arrived within a couple of days and was very easy to set up. My son is very happy with his purchase and is never off it! No problems so far and communication/experience with Veno-Scorp has been great.

Never have i described a screen as beautiful but this one is! everything about it is stunning, I cant wait to see my childs reaction!

Everything came on time all in perfect working order had it for a while now and having no trouble the fact it comes with Norton aswell is a life saver

Arrived very quickly communication was excellent as this is for a present I can’t comment as yet but so far seems a good product and good deal

The gpu was not screwed in properly but that and a bit of ticking from the fan is the only issue which was easily fixed. Other than that good quality and works well.
