Although, there was a slight problem with my system and the support was taking a bit long. When the support comes it goes smoothly. He was patient and helped me fixed the system. Shout out to Mr Harry who helped me.

Came next day, it was for my sons birthday, he absolutely loves it says it’s better than all his friends and can’t stop flexing about it 😆

Very quick and efficient

Excellent service and items. Lives up to what needed for, Should let you have a option of buying speakers but that's a small detail. Altho next day delivery is abit much, should maybe have a small print saying some exceptions for area you live.

The grafics card isn’t the best

There was a couple of issues with my order but veno scorp completely sorted that out for me and even had a technician stay on 30 minutes extra in work to help me out as I didn’t get out of work until after their help line closed. Exceptional turnaround

I ordered a Dell refurbished PC for some graphics work. Delivery took 24 hours. The hardware was of a higher spec than ordered. All the main features met the spec ordered: memory, disc, operating system (W11 pro). Windows 11 pro was installed and activated. A very quiet machine to use.

PC arrived within 2 days of ordering and arrived in great condition. Very easy to set up and I’m having some issues but they might be due to my own fault I’m not sure
