Great product fast delivery

The pc came in perfect condition, however the delivery time kept changing but, I didn't mind that. So worth it for the price plus easy to set up if you know what your doing, plus if you need a part replacement again easily doable if you what you are doing, and knowledge of pc components plus knowledge of what they do. So thumbs up👍 brilliant PC, brilliant delivery and great starter budget PC.

No problems so far apart from the wireless dongle that came with the PC didn't work. Also , as a heads up, if you are using the service outside of major urban areas it is shipped with DHL so don't expect next day delivery, if chosen at checkout. I waited almost a week for delivery but that's DHLs issue really. A pity about the wireless dongle not being premium and defective after spending so much money on the set up but apart from that it's been absolutely brilliant having an update to date good build.

The computer is amazing but I spent nearly 700 and when received it came with a really crappy WiFi usb which broke instantly.( this was disappointing ) I bought another online and it’s running perfect. ( no point in complaining and waiting days / weeks for a new one to come out ) solved the problem Myself.

Do not help pc says case is open won’t let me access bios to fix and pc isn’t using the 4090 to that it’s plugged into so games run bad

I purchased the Neonzilla Gaming PC Bundle - Intel Core i7 2nd 16GB Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB nv-ms107 × 1for my partner. It was delivered very swiftly and I was kept up to date by the courier every step of the way. My partner was very pleased with the PC over all. However the D:/ drive started making a concerning loud clunking/crunching sound whenever it was in use. I emailed the specified address on the bank holiday Monday not expecting a reply until the next working day and to my surprise within 5 mins I have a reply and the next day a call with a diagnostic technician. The technician called promptly the next day within the specified time window and it was decided that a straight swap was going to be done. The instructions for the return were simple and the next day the courier arrived with the new PC and took the old one away! This process was FLAWLESS and I cannot recommend this company more! They have taken such good care of me! The new PC arrived and is working 100% fine with absolutely no problems. I couldn’t be happier with the product and service I’ve received!
