This is one amazing company I made an order and I didn't realise the time that I ordered it was after the cut of pint for next day delivery which sould of been delivered on Friday but was not and my sons birthday was Saturday so I phoned them and explained it was for my sons birthday on Saturday they did there best and it came Saturday morning just in time for my sons birthday and he has been on it ever since he loves it so much thank you to the lovely lady that made it happen

Missing monitor from a gaming bundle. Told they’d address the problem that day as it was my son’s birthday present and have the screen sent out. Receptionist claims she can’t speak to anyone although she managed to go and chat with colleagues to find the delivery photo. Initially accused me of lying as the DPD photo had another box in the background, this was despite their delivery label being a ‘1of1’ delivery. Asked me to prove who the 2nd box was from despite that box being huge, clearly not a monitor package. Another business day gone by and still no call or email from anyone to update us on the despatch/delivery of the missing screen. Will be looking to return & refund if not resolved within 24hours. Luckily paid through PayPal so I can chase the refund if needs be.

The quick TLDR review. Poor manufacturing, very rude and arrogant staff, very slow response times and so best avoided completely. Definitely not recommended. The full review. If you are considering buying from these just don't. The customer service is appalling and really not worth the hassle. Ordered a computer but when it arrived the power switch and front connections were not actually attached and something was rattling around inside. Sent an email to them, Friday lunchtime, and got an auto response saying 24-48 hour response time not including weekends. Decided to phone to find out they are closed between 12 and 2. Phoned back at 2 and explained the issue to be told "oh just send an email with pictures and somebody should deal with it". Pointed out that I already had done so but would rather not wait untill Tuesday to have them deal with this and they, reluctantly, took the information to deal with it more quickly. Received an email about ten minutes later saying that they would replace it and the replacement would be delivered Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Not ideal but acceptable. Come Monday I have heard nothing about when it will be delivered or received any tracking information. Decided to phone up, 2pm, and ask but was told it hadn't been sorted out and it was too late in the day to sort out now. I told them that was unacceptable as I was promised delivery to be rudely told it wasn't possible. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was promptly hung up on. Phoned back and was hung up on again four times in a row. They then called back and told me not to phone they would get back to me "when they had a chance" Phoned back anyway and got the same rude staff member who told me that they would send one out that day after all. I asked how long until I got confirmation because they don't have the greatest track record at this point to be told "when I do it" asked several times, excessively irritated by this point, and got the same answer. Eventually got the answer of about twenty minutes. Asked to speak to customer complaints "we don't have one just email and someone should read it" Emailed a complaint about the conduct of the staff member and the general performance of the company and did receive a standard "we are sorry" response where they assured me it would be with me by Tuesday and that they were sending me a free gaming headset as an apology. It eventually arrived late on Tuesday and this one was thankfully put together correctly and does in fact work unlike the headset that doesn't, the mic doesn't work, much to the disgust of my 15 year old son who claimed it. All said while the computer does work satisfactorily the quality control is very obviously poor and the customer service is abysmal and therefore I recommend you find a different supplier.

Oh wow.. Absolutely great company with exceptional customer service. I bought a relatively high end gaming machine i5 Nvidia graphics card+ monitor from veno. Machine was delivered within a day and is running perfectly. 2 weeks later I saw some damage on the cooler, got in touch with veno and got it fixed in a couple of days. I highly recommend the company.. if you are looking for a gaming machine please do not look any further.. great prices and even better customer service..

Really helpful, Harry was even understanding when I was running late home from school run and rang back once home. The issue was fixed quickly and Harry even checked to make sure there was no other problems before he went on with his day.
