Solid pc build

Had a problem with the first tower delivered. Really good customer service to first try and fix the tower but when that failed, to deliver a fully working replacement. Can't fault the product or service. Will recommend.

Excellent service, quick and prompt delivery. Two leads included which helped find the best way to connect. Monitor a little damaged on one corner of foot and color is a bit 'green' and flickers very occasionally when moved, so a little worried about how long it will last. So fingers crossed. Bought similar one last year for office and still going strong :)

Purchased...On Amazon uk Veno Scorp Gaming PC - Eight Core Intel i7 10700F Processor - Nvidia RTX 3060Ti 8GB Graphics Card - 16GB RAM - 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD - 240MM Liquid Cooling - Windows 11 – WiFi NZ Opened box and wow! loads of empty boxes!? luckily there were two printed labels on top, with personnel notes to new owner. Little touches like that I appreciate! Notes saying...Thank-you for buying etc etc and explained the empty boxes and how they didn't install the... "Nvidia RTX 3060Ti 8GB Graphics Card"? they upgraded it to a... Nvidia RTX 4060Ti instead, at no extra cost! I was well pleased. Anywho, It was all set up and ready to go, but before that, I installed a fanxiang 4TB NVMe SSD and put in (2x32GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL DRAM sticks. That's where I am now, just awaiting for it to get hardwired to my 1GB Ethernet connection. It does work perfectly as is, a wireless adaper was already included, so was a win 11 Pro license. Thank-you Veno Scorp for my first Gaming PC at 58yrs old! Great bit of kit till the next upgrade! lol

I ordered the re-conditioned PC monday afternoon and it arrived thursday morning. It would have been on wednesday if the previous day's courier hadn't got lost. (Not going to name the courier firm though.) I fired up the PC and it worked perfectly. 16GB of RAM and an i7 processor for 170 quid. Bargain.

Needed a gaming pc for world of Warcraft and found the ‘choice by game’ feature very good. Ordered on a late Friday afternoon with an expected delivery date of the following Tuesday and was delighted as it arrived in the Sunday morning. There was trouble regarding the 4080 super gpu however I was in contact with an employee who was fantastic letting me know everything every step of the way ensuring I knew what was happening, I definitely recommend Veno Scorp!
