I ordered two pc bundles three weeks ago and I have yet to get them working. They keep sending me the incorrect cables to connect the monitor to the pc ( that's when they actually bother to send them). I spent £400 and neither computer is working.

Ordered 4in1 bundle with 2 monitors. Received 1x 24inch monitor with the wrong cable to connect the monitor to graphics card. Meant to be an i5 and it's an i3. The graphics was meant to be a 1050ti and it has a 1650 in it. There is meant to be a 1tb HD and I paid extra to upgrade to include a 256gb SSD. No HD included. Absolutely shocking.

This is my first ever gaming PC and sough advice from various people who all said it was good. One of my friends who works in the trade said this was an absolute bargain. He also helped me check the software and it was clear that Veno scorp care as all my drivers were also up to date. 0 issues and exxellent performance. The worst part is waiting on it coming haha. Which was 2 days. 100% recommend.

The computer isn’t working and I am still waiting for a call to either help or arrange an exchange
