A cracking service all round!!! The unit is brilliant. It's just what we need. It's incredibly affordable, high quality and runs really well. There's a few upgrades we'd like eventually but that doesn't detract from what we currently have. It's fast, quiet and runs everything we need it to. The communication and delivery was very smooth throughout. We were told when it was dispatched, due to be delivered and it arrived packaged and secured really well. Thank you guys!!!

The laptop came fairly quickly (although longer than the next day advertised time by a few days). It appears very nice, but the sound quality via the speaker is a bit poor and it felt very hot to the touch almost as soon as it turned on. I am concerned about the longevity of the laptop but I suppose I have a year warranty. I am not sure how well checked it was during the refurbishment

I was honestly a bit shocked that auch a nice good quality computer came for such a price every thing works properly and looks great, I brought the computer for general use and Minecraft and it works perfectly, I’m used to an old laptop so when the fans didn’t have to go into overdrive to start the game I knew all ways well the screen was a lot bigger than I expected and the LED in the fans can change colour blown away at the quality for the price

I have made 3 orders from these, 2 of which are 5/5 service. Amazing computers for the value & also they ship the package promptly. The only problem I have now is the 2nd computer I ordered had major issues I waited 10 days still no delivery, the parcel got returned and I have had no refund or no communication with the company. I have sent 3 emails and tried to phone on multiple occasions but hearing nothing back. I am now £260 down, if it weren’t for this issue or if they could rectify this it would be 5 stars.

The laptops that arrived were in the precise condition and specification as described. I ordered two and they were appropriately packed and protected in one package. I was also able to re-schedule the delivery day with their courier without any issues.
