Item has stopped working, now they want us to pay to send it back!! Paid enough for it to start with. This pc was purchased by my Austistic daughter, who is getting frustrated that its not working and is a life line for her, as she enjoys sims games which relaxes her. Won't give a refund, just want us to pay out to send it back.

Got a good deal for good excellent quality, and was delivered in good time, the veno Scorp and engineering team helped set up an LED issue that didn’t take more than 10 minutes to solve. Really happy about my order.

Computer arrived but WiFi did not work, the company did all they could to sort my problem and all is now working fine. Computer nice and fast and screen is crystal clear. Would recommend this company as both computer and after sales service were very good.

Unfortunately my refurbished surface came with many issues from the very beginning. I had contacted the company as soon as the order had arrived and was testing mentioning that the display was glitching multiple times, and that I couldn’t use the keyboard provided properly. I sent a few videos and photos as evidence of the issues. The packaging itself was secure, so I would not say the device was damaged in transit. A telephone call with a technician was booked, but I have not heard anything from them. The only correspondence I had received was: “Hi. Call has been booked.” And nothing more. So it’s a bit frustrating that there’s issues with the service and the device. I thought refurbished items were repaired to a certain standard, but this is out of order.

Ordered the Nova - i5 8GB GT 710. It arrived the next day. There was an issue with the monitor being broken in transit by dpd, however after contacting Veno they sent out replacement for free without question. The PC runs fast and can handle streaming to Twitch via OBS and can also record your screen without any lag, perfect for what I need. Recommended for newbie gamers just starting out.

The pc is good My order came with a delay of 2 days The wifi usb should come in a proper box inside of the parcel. I almost throw mine away because i was not able to see it
