Bought a gaming pc what a waste of money

First time I had ordered from veno scorp and I am so happy with my purchase, it was just what my son was looking for. I’d shopped around and they were definitely the best value for money. I ordered the pc tower and it was delivered the next day with free delivery. I will definitely use this site again and recommend them to family and friends!

Easy website which made choosing my PC a piece of cake, quick delivery with nothing damaged, everything ready to go out of the box and everything as advertised. The PC runs beautifully so far (I've only had it a couple of days but it's had no problems after being left on for nearly 48 hours. Hardware monitors are reporting everything running smoothly with temperatures nice and cool). As it stands, I'd definitely use Veno Scorp again.

I have purchased a laptop from them before. I I wanted specific specification, so I had to wait until one came in. The one I purchased was to my specification, a good price. And delivered within a few days. I would certainly use these people again for my future needs.

Great spec PC at an affordable price. This is the second PC from Veno Scorp and I have 2 happy boys. No doubt I'll be getting another one soon for my daughter! We had a slight problem with the power supply but Veno Scorp arranged for a replacement PC at no extra charge and it was all sorted within a matter of days. Highly recommend this company's products and the customer service is fab.

I originally bought a pc through the sellers Amazon page, after realising I had ordered the wrong PC the Veno Scorp team were very helpful with collection of the one I had which was the wrong one, and delivery of a new one, which came the next day. I must add… it is far better and the delivery is free if you go via their website and NOT Amazon

I bought this for my son for his birthday - his first gaming pc. We had some problems with the first computer but the support service was fantastic. Very quick replies to emails and a replacement was arranged very quickly and efficiently. No problems this time and my son is very happy with it.

To be honest I was a little worried about buying a refurbished computer, but once it was delivered “which was very quick and very well packaged” I was very pleased with what I received as far as I can see it looks brand new! Very easy and clear installation instructions included with everything included to get you started, just a note be sure to check all packaging as I thought I had to buy a Wi-Fi dongle as at first I didn’t notice it in the bottom of the bag, only just noticed it in there before I put packaging in bin! Bought the pc to play Farming Simulator which is quite a demanding game but it handles it brilliantly!

HONESTLY, JUST DONT BOTHER Purchased a gaming bundle for my sons birthday that is in a few days time. I've built multiple PC's personally but simply didn't have the time to procure parts and set it up so close to his birthday so this is my first time purchasing a pre-built machine. PC is fine for what I paid for bar some minor issues with RGB fans not working as not plugged into headers on the board and the screws on the glass are rounded off so I have to pry them loose and replace with spares. The issue here is with the monitor provided. GPU has HDMI and DVI. Monitor has VGA and Display Port?? how they expect this to be ready out the box is beyond me. I've even used adapters but the screen gets no output. Customer service here is the worst part of the entire transaction. Phone just rings and rings with no answer, online chat just tell me to expect calls that never come and I've even logged support tickets that seem to go nowhere. I'm now forced to purchase another monitor in time for the gift to even be playable. Perhaps if I bought something for £2500 instead of £400 they would have taken more time on parts and sent items that are compatible. Most parents wouldn't understand how things connect so I'm lucky this was quickly identified before his birthday. Just steer clear here and shop somewhere else. Do your research on customer service before purchasing because this really lets Veno Scorp down and you can do better elsewhere where hopefully they care about your experience a little more and follow up on issues post sale instead of false promises and wasted money! Professionally I am a Operations Manager for a large IT company, if they even bother to reach out I could recommend some great courses on customer service!!
