Very Bad experience with sflworldwide, its been 7 months we send boxes from Florida to India and we have not received them yet. Customer service is non-existent. As per the updates on the website, its been 2 months since the boxes got a customs clearance at Chennai port and they have not initiated the local shipping. The local representative do not answer the calls and we called a Gujarat number and the lady has no clear answers. Do not use this company's shipping services. Update: Received boxes on Jan 2, 2020. But one of them was not ours. Company could not trace the missing box and we were told that the box was lost. A claim is filed and hopefully will be processed.

Pathetic so far, it’s been almost 5 months and didn’t receive my goods, nor given my ground tracking details after custom cleared. Beware of sending goods from this company, in India given contact person Prashant Nair doesn’t pick phone and other channels depend upon someone else to provide any update. I was told on 5th Dec goods moved out of port after custom process and after multiple follow calls and mail received mail that tracking number will be updated on 17th Dec, You can imagine customer support and response.. FYI- I handed over the goods on 22nd July 2019

Got car transported from Texas to New York in enclosed car transport with sfl. Staff was helpful and got my car delivered on time. I had requested car to delivered on specific date and they were able to accommodate my request. Kudos for timely and reliable auto transport services.

Our boxes made it from California to Bangalore intact! We chose slow shipping so it did take awhile, but it spent the most time at customs. SFL prepared us for the process well, they have good tracking updates that informed us where our packages were and what was happening. Would use them again.

First time i am using the SFL Worldwide and the online form is pretty easy and it's quick. Pricing is way better than any other courier services in USA. I would say SFL Worldwide is the best way to send anything to India from USA. I recommend to anyone.

Very good customer support. It was very easy to book a shipment online. Customer support called me back for clarifying my questions. Interesting thing is, SFL uses UPS in turn. We can drop off the package at UPS. So it is very convenient.
