The shelving is good quality. The delivery price I thought was a bit excessive. I paid the premium delivery price for the shelving to be delivered only for the shelving not to arrive on the stated date. I received the difference in delivery cost the following day. I would order from them again.

The racking is fantastic and definitely be ordering more soon and easy to put together

The shelves are well made once you get the hang of putting them together, this is The second time I have purchased these racks and I am very pleased with them.

Good customer service, fast delivery

I have delayed opening the box for a while due to circumstances. I am taking my time reading the instructions over and over. The third foot that I put on the upright in the very first instruction just split open. This was not what I expected. Rather disappointing really. I will write more later if I get the opportunity.

Great delivery and quality product!

Decent price for a good product. Easy to assemble (although my rubber mallet made it easier than it would have been without) and very prompt delivery. Solid shelves, very rigid.

At present, I can only rate on the service & not the product as I haven't opened it as yet. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the delivery was. All items were packed well. I haven't been able to open them as yet, so I am unable to comment on whether anything is missing or damaged, but I'm not expecting any problems. Will try to update when opened.

Paid for next day delivery and they left half of it at the warehouse. Boards were badly damaged in the corners.

Delivered on requested day (extra charge applied) but could do better on wide 8am to 6pm time range. 1 package was damaged and 4 key pieces were missing. This was sorted out very efficiently by email with great customer support. Shelving units are fairly straightforward to construct (but a bit tricky to put together single-handed) and very strong once built.
