Excellent customer service and delivery speed, let down by items being damaged before delivery. On notifying customer services of the damage, I received replacement items within 24hours. On asking about availability of items not shown on the website as being sold individually, they managed to supply what I was after, so big thanks to Kaja and Jade.

good product, fast delivery

I am very disappointed to say i still havent received my order. It appears the company use Fedex to send the shipments and all I get from Fedex is daily emails stating itll be delivered today. So i dont go out. Then i get another email to say its been rescheduled for tomorrow. This has happened every day for 5 days and Fedex have not turned up. I cannot edit the delivery with fedex, there is no where to comment with instructions to find my house to help the driver, and the only way to contact them is if i ring an American phone number. I have spoken to the company tufferman, and i was told they cant help because its with the courier. Therefore i have paid hundreds of pounds for a delivery that will never come and no one is willing to help. At this point, i just want a refund after being messed around so much. I am very disappointed that my order hasnt arrived and Tufferman wont help.

The order for the shelves was fulfilled quickly. Straightforward to assemble and proved to be rigid. Recommend without hesitation.

I have placed 2 orders with you and both have had problems in both cases the goods have arrived damaged, at this moment l’m waiting for a replacement, I hope it arrived undamaged, I believe the problem is packaging of the goods, whilst they are wrapped up with padding, they placed in an outer box that’s two big, so the contents move around in the box, which means items in side are easily damaged on route
