Good product but paid for specific delivery date and it failed to appear. Delivered two days later.Part of delivery cost was refunded.

The product is 5 star , sturdy and solid . The reason I had to give it a 4 stair is the mallet they had provided to put it to getter , the head of the mallet came of when hammering and hit my Xmas tree!

DX delivery driver was a numpty: Saw him on our camera putting heavy items on our drive,so went out. He didn't knock to see if anyone was in. "Heyup mate I said...did you know if anyone was in?" He replied :"No mate, but if you want it was my problem, I'd have just put it all back on truck bud" ???? Above my head. Packaging was good and no damage. So well done Tufferman, good standard fellas...and any ladies if you made one in!!! No feedback needed for courier company...just another gloyt.

I bought this shelving because I needed something strong for my son's vivariums, and it was very good quality and done the job well, very easy to put together and would highly recommend.

Super company, part of my order got lost in transit. Tufferman sorted it out and got my shelves to me. We put them together, they look great.
