My experience with Xoticpc could not've been better, my 1st computer from Xoticpc lasted 10 years, and is still going strong. With the 192gb of ram, cooling equipment and compound i purchased on my 2nd Xoticpc, i believe my new MSI computer will last a lot longer!

Originally I was going to purchase the laptop I wanted from Amazon, untiI I noticed it said it would be 3 to 4 weeks until it got delivered so I went to Asus site and it showed in stock @ Xotic PC, so I came to this site and it also said in stock, so I go ahead with my order and add extra customizations along with priority build. After 3 or 4 days without any type of update I reached out to support to check the status of my order only to be told that it was out of stock until July and was shown a screenshot of my laptop with very small type that said something about it being out of stock until July. I would be willing to bet the price I paid for this laptop ($2,000) that the page most certainly did not say that when I placed my order. I have no way to prove this unfortunately and its to late now anyways. If I did happen to be mistaken and the writing was there the whole time, then it definitely needs to be larger in text. And im not some old blind person, Im 38 and see just fine. I am certain it did not say out of stock until July when I bought it, if it had I would have just stuck with Amazon (who clearly showed it was not in stock) and would have got it faster and cheaper. So far I feel conned by this company, Im giving 3 stars in the hopes that everything here forward is laid out clearly and that I am able to recieve my laptop by the middle of July like I was told after my initial inquiry. If not, Ill be sure to update. Latest update from company now is they won't have my model until September.....
