Slovakia | 05 June 2024The worst computer shopping experience. The computer did not work when it arrived. When I asked for a refund, they issued an incorrect return and refused to correct it. The issue ended up being that they did not assemble the computer correctly in the first place. Support was able to fix it after over a month. Suspiciously, two weeks after the warranty expired several of the keys on the keyboard stopped working most of the time, including the power button. I wish I had seen all of the other google reviews before I shopped here.

United States | 29 May 2024My laptop arrived in great condition, but I hit a lot of hangups when installing my OS due to not having another fully functioning PC. The laptop itself is great, but is VERY loud! Despite the loud internal fans, the laptop itself stays pretty warm as well, averaging about 60 degrees C while performing normal web browsing and about 90 degrees C while handling heavier workloads. $50 seemed pretty steep for additional thermal pads. I would buy from XOTIC again, but have learned several lessons for the next time. Additionally, I was slightly disappointed in the $25 discount on a $1,839 purchase, but a 1.75% discount is better than nothing, so no real complaints in the end.

United States | 19 May 2024For a company that sells computers for $4,000+ prices you would think you guy would have enough respect for your customers to keep them updated on the status of their orders. It's been 1 full week since I have placed my order, and the status is still "Ordered" make me think I have been scammed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow if you have not updated me on my order status. I have tried numerous times with customer support on the website to get a status update but they never update it. You have definitely lost this customer as a repeat.

United States | 19 May 2024I placed an order on Friday, May 17th, at 12:30 AM. Today is Saturday, May 18th, 1:45 PM, and the order status is still "Ordered." I used to live in Turkey, which is often referred to as a third-world country. There, if you order such an expensive computer, it gets delivered to you within a day at most. Now, I am ordering from the United States, supposedly the heart of the world and technology, but people here take everything slowly. I regret encountering such a poor service system and culture. Additionally, the computer I ordered is not customized; it is a pre-assembled computer case by MSI. How many hours can it take to find this case in the warehouse and ship it? Don't even mention testing; how long can a stress test take? Moreover, since the order status still shows "Ordered," it seems the staff haven't even bothered to check the order.
