I'm a return customer who just purchased a third gaming laptop from XOTICPC. It was easy and strait forward, and having all the top components to choose from. I believe in building computers that are future proof. If I am buying at the price I need my gaming laptops to able to run high end games 5 years later.

Configuring a system was easy, the cart was easy to navigate, and the overall experience was great. I decided the next day to add an upgraded warranty/protection plan and a quick chat was all it took to purchase the upgraded warranty! Also the fact that customer service is located here in the USA makes the overall customer service experience truly amazing!

I haven't received my PC yet, but... The site is easy to use and the customizability for the pc's is top notch, including some non-critical but nice features like custom cables.
