2nd time going through Xotic PC! Bought my wife a gaming computer about a year ago and she loves it! Decided to get myself one because I’m getting sick of buying consoles every few years. Plus, the wife and i game together! Thanks Xotic!

Always a solid company to work with. Never had any issue. This is the third computer I've purchased from them.

The order process was easy and fast, prices are fairly competitive. Now I am waiting on shipping details than I will write a second review on my order and delivery.

Customer service is fast and good. Only complaint is the time to receive the order.

xotic made it easy to purchase the exact level of pre-built PC I wanted with the numerous options they had available. I went through 3 different companies trying to make this gigantic purchase and xotic was the only one that had the right combination of options and ease of checkout that got me over the finish line, beating out some big names like Maingear, Corsair, and Skytech. They very well may have gotten themselves a customer for life.

I had a good overall experience with Xotic PC. I was able to trade in my old laptop and got a fair amount of trade in credit towards my new laptop. I got fast and helpful responses from their support team. I'm still waiting for my new laptop to ship, but I'm hoping to get my order soon!

This will be my third laptop from Xotic and I can't be happier. The range of options and ability to customize is outstanding.
