This is the 6th computer I've ordered from Xotic for my family. A Havoc, Tomahawk, Razer, Meshify, and two MSI laptops. I keep coming back due to the flexibility of custom builds and the affordability of pre-builds.

Lots of options and good value.

Xotic was easy to order from with a wide selection of options.

Well-made website, prompt and honest responses to questions about details (they did not try to up sale me even though they certainly could have), and an excellent selection of products. 4x time repeat customer and in 3-5 years I'll be back again.

I enjoyed being able to customize my computer, I just wish that I was told exactly when to expect it to arrive or an estimate upon order

There are things I would like to talk about customization the spec that I like and don't like. Compare to other company, I really think xoticpc provide better choice to customize the spec of the PC/laptop that you want. However I hope it could still be improved to take care some people who don't really use the computer for gaming. For example, I might need a powerful CPU and a lot of RAM. But I don't need a powerful GPU, eGPU is good enough for my use case. I don't think xoticpc consider such scenario. It would be good if xoticpc could provide more accurate estimated time to expect to get the computer during the purchase.

Used the trade in (still awaiting for the credit) Looked at multiple configurations before I decided on one with the help of chat. They put me a configuration together. Still awaiting for build and shipment date. Over all extremely happy with my purchase.

I don't know why it took so long for me to find xoticpc…but i sure am glad i did!!!..bought a new gaming rig and it beats all the builds i have had…thanks team for all your support and a great product!!!

U guys should not say order is in stock when u don’t have any merchandise available. I am very disappointed to hear an order I placed will not be shipped until June which is two months from now

I try to buy a gaming laptop from them and i wanted a 96gb now i had to go on amazon to get one but 64 i wanted this one to they kept canceling my order voided and we assumed it was our card but it was Xotic we try it again on shop express checkout after twice still cancelled it i wasted my time and searching cause of this dumb site i would not trust this site if i had 2 or 3k i would suggest other sites or just buy it from amazon or best buy there should be no security wise on BUYING ITEMS FROM xotic you would just waste people time trying make sure they actually pay for the item and have a trackin number

I like the immediate response and help through the chat. I wish I was notified that my product has to be delivered from the manufacturer before you guys modify it. I assumed that you already had it on hand, which mislead my expectations for shipping time.
