Website navigation to the kind of laptop I was looking for was very straight forward and easy even though I wasn't looking for a gaming laptop! The purchasing process was quick and efficient, you make very easy to spend my money with you lol. This was my first purchase with xotic and after this I know there will be more.

I have been following Xotics’ progress within the PC space since 2002. I finally made a purchase with Xotic after all these years. The experience was streamlined because of the ease of the UI and the customer service. I had a few questions about my purchase and Eric was prompt and very knowledgeable about PCs. He answered all my questions and when done with the call it left me feeling very satisfied and content.

Simple buying experience. They have every option for your custom needs and searching through their inventory is effortless. Prices are great compared to other sites. Shipping is a little slow, but they keep you informed, no false promises.

Initially, I had a little trepidation trying to obtain parts answers via the chat system because of PST time difference, but after calling and speaking with Eric for quite a while -- going over my chosen customized configuration for a new desktop, I was ready to complete a purchase with your company. Eric went the extra mile in helping me to understand and verify my choices while providing valuable advice on a few specific areas which I needed to understand better so that I could make the proper selection. I am now very happy and excited to receive this incredibly fast and capable new system for my future use.

It is a little bit weird to stay at the ordered status for over 36 hours

Easy to setup payment, and the tracker for the order is fantastic as I can see every step of the way. I would give this a five-star rating if I had my order in my hands.

It's ok but I can not receive information on the expected delivery date. It's inconvenient for me because laptops are expensive products.

So far it has been a really good experience. Great service just waiting on my pre ordered laptop.

Easy approval, nice customization options and plenty of devices to choose from

The custom build was easy to pick the parts wanted and the customization options was decent enough to be tailor made to the way you want it. However if you want one of these be prepared to wait at least a month unless you're planning to shell out 600 dollars plus worth of cash for early / priority delivery and also hopefully you will get a thorough representative because if not youll be dealing with a process that is not transparent from build times to delivery times and hashing out the expectations for delivery time before the initial sale is virtually nonexistent unless you dig through their support page on your own. As for post sale just make sure you get a good rep because i was expecting 2nd day air delivery didnt receive it on the 2nd day then contacted them requested an upgrade for a rush build and wasnt told where the invoice was to pay for it, if i even needed to pay anything or even if the transactionwas valid. As far as knowing where your build is in the process you're left with your hands in the air unless you get in touch with sales or service.. They only provide shipping info but dont give you updates on if your parts were recieved if your build is done or if its in diagnostics. In any case be patient or make sure to go through the support page for shipping details before buying because you won't be told its two separate processes. One part is for just shipping the finished product the other part is for recieving the parts ,building the pc running diagnostics and troubleshooting errors. You will need to pay for delivery options on BOTH parts its not all inclusive if you do the upgrade in the initial buying process. Other than that theres a great selection awesome deals and customization options. Picking parts was great but transparency in shipping and emphasizing the two seperate processes could be more detailed and provide a smoother less frustrating experience
