I bought a PC over a year ago from Xotic and its been amazing. Such a great gaming computer. I'd be silly not to buy another.

So far so good! Honest and simple process, where I could build a quality laptop for a fair price. I am still waiting to receive the laptop so bear that in mind. I'll try to circle back and update the review later.

It was quick and simple, really. I know little to nothing about PC parts but my boyfriend helped me pick the best ones of the ones you offered!! It was fairly priced too, cheaper than expected!

I purchased a gaming laptop from XOTIC PC last year. The list of customizable options was a nice change compared to some of the other sites on the web. Having my new laptop bench tested is another highlight from XOTIC PC. It lets me know they care about the quality of the products they offer. Over the weekend I purchased a new desktop computer. I had to spend a little more time on this one because some of the options were limited due to being sold out of certain items, but the amount of choices were still abundant. Honestly I think I’ve found my home with this company and their products. It’s been a while since I could trust a company to build and support a new laptop/computer. It sure is a nice feeling.

I liked that I had many options available and I could easily choose and compare totals for everything. Having a working total was a fantastic tool to make an informed decision. That being said, they were not forthcoming about it taking nearly a full month to deliver. The website saying that it was in stock was just flat out wrong. The customer service trying to figure out what was going on was the absolute worst. To me, they have lost any legitimacy and reputation are crap. I will never buy another PC from them and I hope to warn others that thia company treats their customers like trash.
