I was really scared at first to use Lulus to find a dress I would be happy with for my wedding. The dress came so fast, the return/exchange process for a smaller size was so simple. I am incredibly satisfied with my experience shopping with Lulus. I would recommend for anyone looking to not spend thousands of dollars on a dress.

Lulus never fails to make me happy. I can consistently order the same size in every piece and love it. These are high quality for a low price. I consistently order a size S and I am about 5' 2" 130 lbs. Being on the shorter side, I typically don't have any issues with length.

Lots of cute stuff with fast free shipping. Returns would be easier if a return label was included. I don’t have a printer so it’s a hassle when I need to make a return, especially in the 10 day window. I’ve also found that quality of items is low for the price. Several items have appeared damaged after 1-2 uses. When you shop with Lulu’s you are shopping for the convenience, not quality or value.

I love Lulus. I bought two dresses from here last year. One for my graduation pictures and the other for my ceremony (Azaela Regalia NV and Shura embroidered in yellow). I had to exchange one of the dress due to sizing. I received so many compliments. I ordered a dress two weeks ago for my birthday (Positively Perfect Periwinkle Wrap Dress). This dress was a banger! I looked so good. I bought a white front midi dress for an engagement party at the beach and 2 block heels (tan and mustard). I don't understand the bad complaints. Their return policy is amazing, they give you your money back. No store credit, which is a plus! Seriously, ignore all the salty people
