I love Lulus because of the quality of their fabrics. Nothing is worse than finding a great dress and having it shrink, stretch out, appear see through or otherwise fail on you. Lulus clothing lasts through the washer and dryer and looks good time after time. They have great styles for casual or formal events. I come back several times a year to update my wardrobe and add more great pieces to my own collection.

So one of the dresses I bought it had tassels on the sleeves and I wore it once to a wedding and half of the tassels fell off already!! I was goi g to wear it to another wedding I have in a month but now I can’t.

Their quality of dresses is very nice. I wish there were petite dresses for the maxi dresses because they always have to be hemmed. But overall dresses are nice and fit my body right. Also return is fast and you get a refund within the week after return. Their shipping is okay. I wish shipping would be free and two days but their customer service is great and reliable. They take care of you if you have any issues.

Easy website to navigate. If an item is out of stock, usually you have a restock date available which gives a timeline to check back but so far I've been able to always snag a return in my size before the restocks just got to be on top of it :) ... FAST shipping and returns are so easy and laid out. Selection is incredible. Been shopping ya'll for years and never disappointed. Keep up the good work and always improving!
