United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Unfortunately I have paid twice for a jumpsuit I have now returned, customer service seem interested initially but when it comes to giving money back they aren’t very forthcoming. Item has been returned, still waiting for money.

United States | 26 January 2025The website and product photos are top notch however, what you receive isn’t what they advertised. The quality of their products are cheap crap. And I mean ALL of their products from the shoes, jewelry to the clothes. When you receive one of their items and are disappointed because it looks so cheap and doesn’t look like the quality online, you are SOL. They have a crap return policy and charge restocking fees. It’s unethical to bait and switch. When someone wants to return because you deceived them, you charge a restocking fee. I will NEVER shop here again. If you like their stuff save your money and buy from Temu, it’s practically the same but much cheaper. Update: They did email me but it was just some BS defending their policies. They just wanted to save face on this forum but didn’t actually solve any problems.

Canada | 22 January 2025EDITED REVIEW My first experience with their customer service was not helpful or supportive. However, they did reach out again to address my concerns. They were pleasant and more than happy to help find a solution for the flawed dress. I am happy with the outcome and feel they definitely met great customer service standards. ………… Awful customer service!! The dress I ordered was severely flawed. Poor hemming that made the dress bubble and gather in odd places. There was no offer to help or resolve the issue. Destination wedding coming up…no dress! I am super disappointed with their lack of service or effort to find a solution. They should Probably do some quality control on their over-priced dresses before they get sent out. Huge disappointment.

France | 13 January 2025Le produit reçu n’est pas celui en photo, forme de la chaussure différente ainsi que le talon annoncé 10cm, en réalité 8cm. J’ai demandé pour faire un retour, mais pas de document pour accompagner le retour des chaussures, donc pas du tout sérieux !!!

Germany | 07 January 2025Ich habe über Global-e ein Kleid von Lulus bestellt, es kam lediglich eine Email am 20. Dezember, das dieses Kleid versandt sei. Ich hab schon zwei Emails geschrieben ohne Erfolg und es kommen keine weiteren Infos und das Paket kann ich auch nicht nachverfolgen. Bin wirklich sehr genervt. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

United States | 03 January 2025Ordered two dresses, size M, from the buy one get one promotion. I received one M and a S. I reached out to Lulu so they can rectify THEIR mistake and was told they can't send me the correct size because it was a promotional item. On their website it stated Final Sale, only size exchanges permitted. Yet, I wasn't able to exchange the size S dress, I did not order to begin with. Tried to leave a review on the item, to make other buyer's aware, but they have not approved.

Je ne l'ai jamais reçue il faudrait m'expliquer chez qui vous l'avez livrée. J'espère au moins que vous allez me rembourser ! C'est honteux !! À FUIR

However, I think that's changed now that they started charging a $2 restocking fee for any item returned. I don't appreciate this type customer service therefore I will stop shopping or shop way less here.

United States | 22 December 2024This is the second time LuLus delivers my package via OnTrac . The same courier who stole my first package . Now I’m still waiting for this package which still hasn’t arrived . I used to love this website , now it seems like it has gone downhill .

United States | 19 December 2024Item was supposed to arrive by 12/17, yesterday. I received an email that the item was shipped on 12/12, but the tracking never updated. The carrier claims they never received the package, and Lulu's claims they delivered the pack. Lulu's says an investigation will take 5 business days, at which point they will find my package or refund me. The item is now out of stock, so I can't even reorder it in time for my event. Very disappointed in the money and time wasted on this company, as they don't seem to care about their customers.

Als das Paket ankam musste ich leider feststellen, dass die keider gar nicht den Erwartungen entsprechen und wirklich Billigware aus China sind für über 100€?? Das ist totaler Betrug. Und dazu kommt noch das ich jetzt die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen kann. Was mich aber am meisten aufregt: ich habe insgesamt 302€ bezahlt und zurück erstattet bekomme ich nur 230€ ?? Wie kann das sein? Ich gehe also über 100€ minus aus dieser Sache raus Und der Kundenservice antwortet mir nicht Finger weg!

Switzerland | 11 December 2024I am positively surprised by the quality I received. I was very reluctant to purchase something after reading the mixed reviews. I ended up getting a jumpsuit with an embroidered top. The quality of the fabric is quite good, the embroidery is nicely done with no missing beads or access threads. I checked the reviews of the product beforehand and went with the recommendations of sizing. I wanted the fit to be snug so I got the smaller size (I'm ususally between sizes) and it ended up fitting exactly like I wanted it to - quite a feat, especially with the pants. The order was dispatched within the day and arrived 4 days later at my door. I would definitely try again.

United States | 11 December 2024I bought three dresses to try on for a military ball since all of the dresses on the site have inconsistent sizes. I kept one of them and returned the other two that I tried on briefly. They would not refund the money to my account because they said there was “hair/fiber” on the dress. They issued the refund to my Lulus account instead? Super shady! I will never ever ever buy another article of clothing from this company. I never leave bad reviews but trying to look out for others out there!

I had to pay approximately €80 to return items that didn’t fit - essentially the price of an entire dress. This steep return cost completely undermines the shopping experience, and for this reason, I wouldn’t order from this site again.

United States | 07 December 2024Right now that I’m writing this, I’m so pissed. First, I wanna start off with the fact that I LOVE LULUS quality. Perfect quality for little price, very cute, and definitely NOT Shein or forever21 quality. Like 90% of my clothes are Lulus and I spent more than 5000 bucks during the past year on Lulus clothes. My main issue is customer service. It happened to me 2 times that I didn’t receive my packages. This time, it was only 27 bucks. But $27 is $27. I called them and asked them for a replacement and not even a refund and they mentioned they don’t hold any responsibility and I should call USPS. As we all know it’s extremely hard to get to talk to a real person in USPS. So, I went there in person and they also didn’t hold responsible for my package. (It says delivered on the website but I never received it) I contacted Lulus again, and they literally treated me like I’m lying over 27 bucks, and that they made an exception for me before. (They didn’t. I had like $200 worth of packages stolen before, where Lulus said they will refund me. But the thief for some reason brought it back, I guess bc XS didn’t match them? And I let Lulus know ASAP, and I got no refund. They also made me add “signature required” to my packages.” So now that USPS lost my package, they make me feel like I’m lying over 27 bucks. Horrible customer service. At least take a look at how much I spent on Lulus, I assume you have access to my account. I ended up disputing it with my credit card, however, a simple refund for a loyal customer shouldn’t be this difficult. I spent a whole day to fix this. Edit: I read other reviews, and people mentioned they never had an issue with lost/stolen packages despite what it says on the website :( it upsets me even more, bc I feel like it can be a racial motivation too. I have a slight bit of accent, and they might not believe me? This is very upsetting and humiliating, anyways.

United States | 06 December 2024This website is terrible and misleading. I bought a dress that didn't fit well and they say they can't return it because it's a promotional item. This is the first time I've seen that a customer doesn't have the right to return something they're not happy with and won't wear. It means I wasted money, but the money went straight into Lulus' pocket. This is a real robbery.

United States | 04 December 2024I had ordered a dress for a friends wedding and there were some loose strings in the back of the dress. I let them know and they completely refunded my order! The dress was fixable and it fits perfect! Really great customer service!
