I have sent emails as well as chat online to return my items, and I still have not received a response. I have provided my order numbers while also requesting return labels. Nothing.

I love the way you get these promo codes. But what really make Lulu's special I'd the customer service. They are so professional and you don't have to wait 4 days for a response. My clothes always fit and shoes as well and they look exactly like it look on website. My clothes always ships for free and comes in a timely manner. And the icing on the cake is the cute cards, thank you cards that come with your order. I like be them. I haven't been to a mall I'm 3 years and I haven't worn the same thing twice yet!!!! I love ordering from Lulus. Clothes are reasonable on trend. I love seeing customer feedback and images- it is one of the main reasons I gave it a try. The only thing i had a problem with was a return. the day my return was due to not be charged was a Sunday. I printed my label on a Friday afternoon and while I dropped it off at a UPS site it was not sent out until Monday and I was charged. I did contact your customer support and they rectified it so that helped but it made it a stressful return. overall tho. still love Lulus and will order again. thank you.
