United Kingdom | 26 November 2024I started a return with their courier and they have not provided me with the correct waybill number so I cannot track the return and I cannot do anything. I tried to contact the chat online and they are closed and not contacted me back. Sounds like scam!

United States | 12 November 2024I placed an order yesterday for over $500 because they were running a buy one get one free promotion. I checked out (or thought I did) since it said “Thank you for your order “. I checked today to see if there was an estimated delivery date, but there was no order!!! I called Lulu’s and they informed me that they have no record of the order. I checked my bank statement, and there was no money taken out. Why would it say order complete and thank me if the order did not go through. I even used a first time user discount code that was texted to me.

Customer service chat tells me “the company isn’t a scam”, tells me my order number that I can’t search within the company or my email, and won’t help me receive the order confirmation. I have no idea if my products are coming, and the CS chat agent Courtney hung up on me when I asked if it was a scam. I don’t know if my order is real. I’ll never order from this company - there are so many other secure companies with secure processes

United States | 09 November 2024I honestly don’t know how this website is even allowed. I ordered a dress and it never came, I was on hold with this company for 20 max and decided to hang up. The carrier service this company uses sucks just as bad. There is no contact number for the carrier company everything is through live text. This will be addressed to the Federal Bureau. It seems like they are taking money from people left and right. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE TRUST ME!

While the customer service was responsive and helpful, the quality of the denim skirt I ordered was disappointing and did not match the picture. Additionally, the return fee is nearly half the price of the skirt, which feels unreasonable. Will not be repurchasing from Lulus.

Netherlands | 28 October 2024Voor een bruiloft een jurk besteld op deze website. De bezorging was prima en goed te volgen. Toen de jurk echter niet viel zoals ik had gehoopt, wilde ik de jurk retourneren. Ik vind het retourproces al vrij onduidelijk, maar de kosten zijn nog erger. Doordat ik enorm van schrok (€50,- verzendkosten is normaal), heb ik contact gezocht met Lulus. In eerste instantie werd er netjes op de mail gereageerd. Maar nu blijven de antwoorden op mijn vragen weg. Lulus reageert niet meer. Ze hebben het geld binnen en zijn totaal niet bezig met hun klanten. Mijn tip: bestel hier nooit iets, tenzij je zeker weet dat het past en dat het niet geretourneerd hoeft te worden!

I contact their customer support because I unsubscribed many times only to continuously get spam emails from them. I receive several emails per day. They won't stop, not even when I contact them directly.

United States | 05 October 2024I’m trying to place an order from lulus. They are very unclear on where their clothes are manufactured. They offer you 15 percent off first purchase after you give them all your information, then tell you to download their APP, which applies an App promotion but then they don’t allow you to use the Welcome promo that gave them all your contact info to be bombarded with adds. This his deceiving practices. Where does it say that if you sign up for emails to received 15 off promo, you can’t use it on APP, because downloading APP also as a discount? Where does it say what products are imported? Sorry, but it’s YOU that’s confused

I don’t mind final sale if I end up not liking it, it’s a chance I am willing to take. But a sale because it’s stained and unwearable? That’s just shady. Will not order from here again.

Returned it with tags still on and they said that unfortunately they can’t give me a full refund because they found stains?! That you can only give me store credit?!. That’s crap. You guys are unbelievable. I’ve never had issues with you guys before when returning and I don’t even mind the re-stocking fee. But to falsify that my return dress had stains from which I tried on only twice? This is just bad business. You guys will go to whatever extent to falsify the return items and not give a refund. Now I’m skeptical about buying from you guys ever again. Thanks for the bad return experience.

Canada | 17 September 2024I paid for expedited shipping, and it still arrived late. They told me I still had to pay to ship it back. Never shopping here again. Highly suggest you don't shop here if you need something in time, or even want to deal with people who take responsibility. I was told it was out of their hands and up to the carrier at this point. I was not offered anything to retain me as a customer, so, it was my first - and last - time shopping here.

While their website advertises free UK delivery, it’s important to note that this is actually a US-based company. As a result, returning items can be quite costly, especially for customers in the UK. Though I really liked a couple of the items I ordered and decided to keep them, as a first-time customer, I ordered a few different items to get a better sense of sizing. Unfortunately, I now feel a bit misled by the website, and the return process has made me hesitant to shop with them again. Overall, while the products themselves were nice, the unclear information regarding the location and returns process left me feeling disappointed.
