If you live in Canada expect to pay huge duty fees. I had to pay $60 on a small package worth $163. The company covers their butt by saying you can expect duties, but nobody expects to pay THAT much. Will never order from them again, as I expect more transparency when making online purchases. Not worth it. Edit: I understand the company has no control over the duty fees. Lulus must be somewhat aware of what it costs to import their products to somewhere like Canada. And if they don’t, that’s pretty poor business. It means you don’t care what happens on the other end, just as long as you’re selling the product. A warning saying “you may pay up to 35% of your purchase on duties to import to Canada” makes the situation transparent for the customer.

I am a first time customer and my order included 4 items. My eta that was given to me was 9/17-9/19. My frustration is my order was shipped standard and Lulus used UPS/Ground service then turned it over to UPS surepost which that have partner up with the local US Postal office and they are to mail it to my house.Not sure why they couldn't just have UPS/Ground deliver it straight. Well looking at the UPS tracking website my shipment was last scanned on 9/14 at a local post office near my house. When I call the US post office customer srvc they don't have a status because it hasn't been scanned from their facility. SO NO ONE KNOWS WHERE EXACTLY IS MY ORDER AND WHEN I WILL EVER RECEIVE IT. I guess I will have to pay extra money to expedite my delivery orders to ensure delivery. Wished I had a better experience!

Overall, I have had great experiences shopping here. The return policy is reasonable, except I take a little too long returning items which results in getting charged. Customer service is great and responses are very quick. I will absolutely continue to buy from Lulu's. I love the clothing.

You will be surprised with the quality of your product based on the money you spent on it. Your dress will usually arrive within a week, and it is packaged nicely with cute wrapping paper as well as a card thanking you for your purchase. To top if off, something Lulu’s is greatly known for is their return policy. You may not like the product you purchase, and you can easily return it without costing you a dime! If you return your product within 10 days, they will cover your shipping fees. You have 30 days to return your product which gives you a good amount of time with a busy schedule. Highly recommend shopping from Lulu’s! Everyone I know orders their school dance dresses from Lulu’s.

Very sexy beautiful dress. Great color. The way it is constructed, I don't need to wear a bra which is great. My only complaint is the fabric snags and wrinkles easily, but not terribly bad.

I purchased 4 pairs of the pointed loafers, but after wearing the first time they get so worn. One pair, the sole of the shoe is already coming off (barely on the 3rd use). Unfortunately, such cheap quality for such a cute shoe. My purchasing experience, and the Customer service was good though!
