Excellent price and good delivery service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 4 bottles. I asked when they would be delivered and was told the 22nd. They didn’t arrive, I asked on the 23rd and was told the 24th. They didn’t arrive. On the 25th 2 of the 4 arrived, with no clue what was happening about the rest. I phoned in the 26th, and was promised the remaining bottles would come as a priority order on the next day. They didn’t. I phoned again, and requested a refund. Guess what? It’s not arrived either!! No apologies, no communication. Awful. Thank you for the very quick reply Emile. I did mean to add something else, but hit the send button too quickly! I have already, 2 days ago, filled in one of your contact forms with the full details of the problems I had with delivery. There was no reply to it. At least now that the review is in the open, on Trust Pilot, something might be done?
