Over 1 month and still waiting for my order to be dispatched, was informed there would be a 1 week wait time with them waiting for the items to be delivered but still waiting Terrible communication. Basically I need to email countless times before they respond. Shocking service. Unless I get my bottles with some form of explanation to poor communication and reasoning why I had to wait so long I certainly will never be using again

No issues with the product but contacted for a query - once via email and another time via the website and there was no reply to either. Poor customer service.

Great selection of spirits, great customer service, and the tastings are very interesting and informative. Also the packaging is fully recyclable - no plastic in sight!
