I've had 2 bikes from ritebike now and have been impressed with them both. Although I turned up in person to view them both, upon picking them up no corners had been cut with regards safety or presentation. They both went through the workshop and had obvious issues rectified (one bike had a new set of front discs that I hadn't even asked for!) I have had the latest bike since 2016 and will not hesitate to see what they have to offer, and more thank likely buy, when the time comes to upgrade. Very happy with the service and the bikes and have been recommending you guys since 2014 when I bought my first bike. Thank you.

Avoid this company at all costs. I initially went in to look at potential bikes for the summer, I was going to pay the deposit and he said there is a long wait for services as they are selling a lot of bikes so I thought no big deal. I was told there was a chance if I paid the full amount that it may get priority which turned out to be a complete lie. After me sending multiple emails asking for updates I received 0 replies. I was lead to belive the service would take 10 days at most and after 20 days it was still not ready. After me calling and emailing many times i was told it was ready 22/23 days after I paid for it. No effort was made to apologise for the long wait. After owning the bike for 1 hour it broke down and had to be taken back to ritebike, which I had to arrange. No paperwork showing what had been done on the service and no stamp in book which I had to go out of my way to get stamped. I now know why there was no paperwork showing what they did as they did nothing. The air filter is mouldy, the oil is extremely dirty. None of this has been changed on the service. As soon as the money is in their hands there is 0 customer service so just avoid this company at all costs. While I was in the store a young lad and his dad where walking around and said to me he had just bought a bike from them and said it’s broken in a matter of days and advised me to not buy anything from these cowboys. If only I had listened.

After delivery of 2005 Triumph Sprint ST 2050, I and friends noted that it was dirty and there were scratches on the front mudguard. I rang Ritebike and Daniel was very apologetic and understanding. Ritebike paid for the bike to be valeted and the mudguard was resprayed at their cost and £125 was reimbursed. Excellent customer service throughout the issues. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

AVOID! Where do I start? I Should have done my homework before dealing with these crooks!! Purchased a 2018 Aprilia RSV RF from RiteBike, Bradford after stating numerous times that I wanted a clean well cared for bike with no rusty fittings, bolts etc. Was aware of a scratch to the mirror and front fairing but was assured the bike was immaculate. Strange then to have to wait 4 weeks for a rear tyre and wheel baring fitted for its MOT then for me to receive it. During this time, I phoned them several times to ask when I was going to get the bike. The only call I got from them was to ask me for payment. I did get umpteen texts saying there was an update on the bike yet there had been nothing done. There was no receipt for my full payment and although I asked for this a few times I didn't get one. The bike arrived with no paperwork and before it was brought out the van I saw the tail tidy was hanging down against the wheel, then when I saw the whole bike any excitement I had was diminished. First of all, the bike was dirty with dust, mud, debris and there were bits of cement stuck to the tires. Front tyre was blue with the sides melted, there were scratches, dents and scrapes to fairings etc, several rusty bolts, fittings, spindle and even the steering damper was badly rusted. The metal was tarnished, the fairings hadn't been put on right so were gapping and overlapping. One of the fairings was not the original and I'm sure there was a few other parts that had been replaced. The dash which had scratches and a scrape. The tail tidy had a hole where the bolt was missing, and the plastic was torn up like someone had tried to fit a wrongly sized screw or bolt to hold it up (it was up when it was on their website for sale). I was glad that this attempt to fix it didn't work before it got to me as had this tidy dropped while riding the bike it could have caused a crash and that's not worth thinking about. Even if the bike could be used, I would have broken down on the way to get fuel as the tank was empty. There was also a minimum level of brake fluid. Took photos of 21 issues that were visible, what concerned me was what could be wrong that I couldn't see! Called RiteBike within 2 hours of getting it to say the bike was not as described and unusable, so we wished to return it. The agent said this bike had actually had lots done to it with replacements such as swing arm etc. This was sounding and looking to have been a bike used at track and was sold to them crash damaged. It was explained to him that I would not have bought such a bike had I known all this in advance. Certainly, all these issues were not expected on a 2018 bike such as this! Was told I would need to speak to Luke as he was the one who dealt with warranties etc. He was sent photos of the issues and was told I wanted the bike collected. After numerous calls to them speaking to Luke, Dan and Steve, having to repeat why the bike was being returned (so much for their no questions asked 14 day money back guarantee!), they agreed to collect the bike. Not one mention of me getting my full refund though. During this time and all the calls, I was made aware that RiteBike were being taken over by Superbikefactory but I had found out RiteBike were dissolved in 2015. I was then dealing with Superbikefactory and spoke to Kyle who was helpful at stepping things up to get the bike collected 13 days later. He was told that I didn't want to have to be making calls to chase up money after what I'd been through already. He assured us he would deal with this for me and not to worry. It's now 11 days after the bike was collected and not one call to me but numerous calls to them. Most calls made to their various numbers are ignored and you have to go through sales to speak to someone, but they tell you to email, which they ignore, or will get a call back which doesn't happen! Still waiting for the call to get my money back.... almost 12k. So to sum up.... AVOID these cowboys who are great at pushing the sale and lying to get it, who give you what could be a dangerous vehicle, who lie about the 120 point quality check and money back guarantee and warranty. There is no customer service once a sale is made. They are 3 companies in 1... RiteBike, Superbikefactory and Webuyanybike. They then end up with your bike (legally I am the registered owner of it), your money and no contact. It's now THEFT to me and legal action will be taken if I do not get my full refund by the end of this week. Update - Got refund (minus £200 held until return of V5) on the last day of the 14 day guarantee with no communication from them. Sent V5 on 5th Dec via recorded delivery and it was received by them on the 12th Dec. Will wait to see how long it takes (gave them 3 working days) to refund the £200.

I was not going to leave this review, having purchased the bike 4 months ago, I was happy to let it go, however after yesterday, feel my experience would help potential buyers make an informed decision! I would honestly say I will never use this firm again! I purchased my 2014 Harley Street Glide on the 19th of May for £13250, at the time thought it was a good deal, however for a couple hundred pounds saved, this was a complete nightmare! I paid in full via bank transfer, then the issues started, was told as they were very busy and shift serious numbers of bikes plus due to the work shop, worst case 3-4 weeks to get the bike prepped and delivered. That was fine, Jonathan was friendly during the sale, however after the money transferred, that was the end of the customer service! The bike was meant to be MOT'd as part of the sale plus they claim to do a thorough inspection before the bike is dispatched. I had to personally chase this, long story short had to get Steve their manager involved, also had to chase him daily, 6 weeks later the bike was finally delivered! I took the bike out and in the first 2 miles, noticed a rattle, the gear shifter was loose, yes exactly! After being told the workshop had gone over the bike methodically! I sent Steve a video, not concerned he said might just be a lose bolt, no apology or anything! as you can imagine I was livid, I'd waited 6 weeks for this bike and couldn't even be certain the bike was safe- what else did they miss? I ended up having to take the bike into a London Harley dealer to look at the do an oil service as this had not even been done! Steve did apologise on this occasion, and they did pay for this work to be carried out. Yesterday, after experiencing an injury to my knee, not to do with the bike, thought, give them another chance and look at their stock. I noticed what appeared to be a nice softail, 2014 model for £11200. I emailed them, was promptly contacted by Jonathan, he was prompt on this occasion, as this was a sale! To my amazement, he completely forgot who I was, even when I told him I purchased a street glide off him 4 months ago, his response took me back a bit, "I'd forget what happened yesterday" was his comment! So clearly repeat business is irrelevant at Ritebike, and clearly, I'm just a number. The best part, when asked what sort of deal we could strike up, he sent me a what's app message later in the evening, they would give me £9700 for my street glide, 4 months previous sold to me for £13200! NEVER AGAIN! Very poor show gents!!

Payment and paperwork dealing with Selena also really simple and bike turned up by the end of the week-great bike great deal very impressed. Had small fault which Luke Agreed to get sorted locally so hopefully all sorted. Thanks Rite-bike

I had a poor experience with Ritebike, They have poor communication with both customers and internally which seems to be one of the causes of the bad experience I received - misleading and infrequent communication, none-delivery, false promise of a tank of fuel, long delays and the bike delivered with a terminally dead battery. I purchased a bike from Ritebike on the 5th June 22 online and payed my deposit by phone straight away. I was told the bike would be ready for collection or delivery in 2 weeks time. After two weeks I had received no communication, no updates on their customer portal and no updates by phone or email. I tried contacting them over a period of 5 days using all of their contact methods - phone, automated "contact us" pop up, email and customer portal messaging. None of these had a staff member to answer or respond leaving me without any information as to what was happening. This did make me consider that perhaps they were a scam just taking peoples deposit money as they also hadn't emailed a deposit receipt as I was initially told they would. After a few days more I eventually received a call saying the bike was not ready and it'd be ready in 4 days time. After 5 days I received another call saying the bike was now ready. Due to the delay I was now unable to collect and opted for delivery (at extra expense). I explained I was away at the weekend and they said they'd get it to me by early Friday afternoon in 3 days time. I took the day off to receive delivery of the bike and when it passed the delivery time I'd been told, I phoned up (via the sales line which is the only one that gets answered) and they told me they would find out and call me back. I was called back by a sales agent saying he was phoning to arrange a day for delivery. I had to explain that it should have been delivered hours ago and that this was now a string of delays and missed deadlines on their part. He talked over me every time I spoke and reeled off excuses about the portal which weren't really relevant to what had happened. Eventually he said they would deliver the bike with a tank of fuel as an apology and arranged a new delivery date when I was back and able to take delivery. On the new delivery day, it was delayed again and I got the bike at about 9pm (with a completely empty tank). The Ritebike / We Buy Any Bike delivery driver seemed annoyed and said that it was passed to him last minute to drop off and also that he had had it on charge it all afternoon as the battery was flat when they gave it to him. In the morning I went to get a Jerry can of petrol, took it home, poured it into the tank and tried to start it. The bike wouldn't turn over. The battery was completely dead, something Ritebike knew but chose not to deal with. I think that because the bike was being delivered, they knew I wouldn't be taking it back so they delivered the bike anyway and offloaded the issue to me. I phoned up again (via the sales line) and they agreed to send me a battery but there was no offer to have it fitted. It arrived a week later, the bike sitting on the drive unusable until then when I changed the battery. I definitely felt like a second class customer to Rite bike because I was on the end of a phone and ordering online. Delivering with a dead battery to none local customers seems to be a regular corner they cut looking at other reviews. A time saver exercise when they're busy perhaps. They seem to be unable to deliver on the time schedule they set. I'm assuming they're understaffed. This plus poor internal communication has lead to further frustration, disappointment, delay and expense. The choice of bikes they have is tempting but Ritebike don't deserve your business with this kind of service. I'll definitely be avoiding the superstore type of companies from now on and I encourage you to do so as well.

Overall good buying experience - Friendly helpful staff - Great range of bikes to choose from - not the best price as I have found cheaper elsewhere (obviously after I bought) - Couple of niggles with documents and collecting bike which are worth mentioning although probably would not deter me from buying again - Bike was MOT'd by Ritebike but no MOT certificate given to me - Bike could have done with a quick clean before handing over. But, most annoyingly, after collecting the bike it ran out of petrol less than 1/2 mile from Ritebike and I had push it to nearest petrol station to fill up. I know petrol is pricey these days, but I reckon there was about 3 whole pence in to tank as I left Ritebike... not a great start, but you seem to get stiffed everywhere these days.

One month later no bike no refund! Bike delivered to me and would not start and had new old tyres that were 10 years old (not illegal but something that should have been listed) especially as I was told by sales person that an extensive 170 point check is carried out on ever bike. Ritebike’s response to flat battery was that I should buy a trickle charger as apparently I will need one and should own one! Seemed a bit unfair but stupidly I did buy one and left to charger. Bike still would not start so I bought a new battery..still would not start. I’m no mechanic but seems as if clutch and fuel pump are not working. At this point finally Ritebike agreed to collect it and fix any problems, It took a week before Ritebike collected the bike and week later I’m told they haven’t received the bike and they can’t find it but apparently this is normal and I should just wait! At this point I’m so fed I ask for a refund as seemed unfair that one month later having been sold a bike that never ran and now lost by ritebikes own courier it seemed within in my rights as a customer but apparently not I was told Ritebike have rights too and basically no to a refund!..absolutely stunned by their response. I’m now left in limbo with no bike, no refund and no idea what is happening. So frustrating.

Really avoid. Lying, Deceiving, bodge work and dangerous. Too Sales staff heavy with lack of communication pass first contact, computer and telephone system still very broken many months down the line, managers delboy style, and technicians incompetent. To cut it short: If the totally original mint 4500mile bike takes more than a few days to be ready to collect be very worried and avoid. They wont tell you that they put on scrap parts from unknown sources after sale but before collecting, clocks that double the mileage on a bike as they mot’d it just straight afterwards (before collecting and again not telling you at any time), a wheel that has done 30,000 miles more than the rest of the bike because they’re incompetent on taking a wheel bearing out. Which they think the bike is worth the same. Released a bike with aged but new tyres on pressures completely way out- standard is 36 front and rear, clowns set it to 30 front and 40 rear on unscrubbed tyres… Also adding more to the incompetents but even more dangerous is leaving the front calipers loose and un tightened, one caliper was half under torque spec while the other moved by hand as it had one bolt under finger tight and more disturbingly the other bolt under head on the same caliper was a few threads short actually the touching the mounting.

Amazing service, even on a Sunday! Freindly advice and help right from the start with very quick and thorough responses all the way through to the purchase. Good photos and a walk around video of the bike running made buying from a distance a confident choice. Good aftersales service too with an easy delivery tracking system to follow the bike all the way to your door.

Good communication with sales team and bike when it arrived as described. Only hiccup was that no body contacted me with a delivery day and time so the driver had to wait till I returned home. Otherwise all good and would RiteBike again.

Luke and the other sales guys were excellent and very helpful. A credit to ritebike. The courier that delivered the bike went Far And Beyond and what was expected of him and I'm very grateful for his help. The SV650S I am very happy with and fingers crossed, no major problems so far. The only issue of a flat battery was fully and swiftly dealt with by Luke and I had a new Yuasa battery delivered by courier 2 Days Later. Unfortunately I cannot give the business as a whole 5-stars as the after sales phone line was continuously busy and hangs up your call after 6 or 7 minutes. And my after sales email asking for more accessories work to be done on the bike was ignored.
