Jordan was a life saver. He tutored my grandson in Japanese so he could pass his senior year of high school. He could not have completed this on time without Jordan tutoring him.

I would definitely recommend Wyzant! I will cation that a lot of your experience really depends on your tutor though. The first one I selected didn’t have a good fit for me. She wasn’t prepared and our first session meeting was too long (2hrs). The second one was recommended by my university and she was a great fit for me. She was very helpful, good at explanations, and had examples just from our conversation prior to our first session. A huge difference and I am thankful for all of the help!

Worked out well for Mandarin tutor. Easy to hire and no worries about the money exchange part of the deal as Wyzant takes vCard off that. You can concentrate on learning.

This company is easy to work with and you have an enormous choice of tutors to choose from. We chose a tutor based on the information available to us, and we have not had to look further. We have been using our original tutor, Elaine, for a couple months now. Excellent.

I have utilized two tutors from Wyzant. One tutor is exceptional, while the other is good, but not my kind of educator.

I searched for a tutor for my daughter for Ancient Greek. She was more comfortable working one on one than online. Luckily, we had a number of responses and found a great match. Billing and reminders are timely through Wyzant and they don't inundate my mailbox with spam. They do want a review after every lesson which doesn't apply since tutoring is ongoing and long term and not for a brief period to study for an exam or the like. Other than that would recommend.

I have used Wyzant over the years with my daughter and we have always been very satisfied with their tutors, especially our last French tutor. She went above and beyond to make every lesson interesting which was 2 or 3 hours long. What you see is what you get.
