I purchased the Naviago modular sofa purely based on photos that I'd seen. I could not be happier! It has far exceeded my expectations. It's so well made and really heavy! The most comfortable sofa I have ever led on. If you are in doubt about ordering, go for it! You won't be disappointed. The delivery was within two weeks as well. Phenomenal service from start to finish and they even kept their calm and helped me out with my indecisive nature. Absolutely amazing company.

From customer Service to delivery to quality everything was top class. I was sceptical at first as never heard of them before but asked on a Facebook group and many people recommended them. I then spoke to a lovely girl called Aga who went above and beyond showing me ways how sofa could fit into my space. I ordered late Wednesday night and got my sofa delivered on Saturday even a day before it was supposed to arrive. The delivery guys were amazing and even helped set the sofa up, they didn’t have to but they did. It’s gorgeous and good quality at a decent price, I am well pleased. Don’t hesitate to buy from these guys, I am so glad I gave my business to them. Thank you again :)

We visited Sofas & Friends showroom last week. Impressed! Aga was very professional and helped us chose right sofa. We bought Linea . As they promised sofa was delivered within exactly one week by courier. They also helped us to set it up all parts together. Absolutely fantastic sofa! So comfortable and well made. Seats are filled with duck feathers. And very very good price compare to big brands . Highly recommended !

Horrendous customer service. When I first bought sofa in December I had a nightmare with arranging a delivery date with them, which may be understandable with the run up to christmas but they give me no up date at all. They never messaged me once it was me doing all the chasing, my messages got completely blanked I rang the shop they couldn’t help told me someone would be in touch they never did. Anyway the couch finally came, an it is a lovely couch. We ordered the module couch an we are now having problems with the sofa coming unattached. I messaged them they told me they could get new clips sent out. 2 weeks later no sign of any clips, I messaged again asking if they had been sent out, heard nothing back. So messaged them again, nothing again. An now I'm really frustrated as the sofa keeps coming unattached, so I’ve messaged them AGAIN. They have finally, after 6 weeks, got the faulty part sent out. Every encounter I've had with this company the customer service has been awful. I’d look elsewhere to get your sofa as they are unreliable with queries and who wants that type of service after spending £1,500 on a sofa? Ive told them about what I think of the service and they don’t care, ignored what I had to say. Spend your money elsewhere

Fell in love with the tulum modular sofa after seeing it on instagram - took a chance and ordered it online despite having not saw it in person. Have to admit I was a bit worried but I need not have - it’s looks great! Really good quality sofa at really affordable price. Beautiful sofa that’s of a high quality. we ordered the modular Tulum sofa, the sofa itself is comfortable and plush and the material is insane. We had messaged sofas and friends prior to ordering the sofa for a sample and advice about delivery, the team got back to me quickly. We live in Scotland and delivery was fast. Would highly recommend this business. Ps if you have narrow front doors and are worried if these will fit… they do!

I ordinally saw the advert on Instagram and realised that the store was near where i lived. The sofas I purchased looked as good in my house as they did in the show room. The sales assistant was very polite and very helpful. The delivery was exceptional I purchased on Good Friday and I received them the following Wednesday. Definitely somewhere to go if buying new sofas.

Started following sofa and friends on Instagram a while back knowing we would need a new sofa once our baby was ready for a play room. We needed a specific size and also had a budget. We went to Croydon and we weren't disappointed with the selection in the show room. Aga was super helpful and friendly and helped us decide. Very good quality and reasonably priced compared to other places. We are really looking forward to our sofa arriving.
