My new sofas arrived today and I must say I’m very impressed. The service from purchase in store to delivery was amazing! So easy. I’m in love with my new sofas - they’re such good quality. I found Sofa and Friends online and was a little reluctant to order due to not knowing the quality and comfort I would be receiving. After doing some research on Instagram, I decided to go for it and so happy I did. The sofa is super comfy and beautiful to look at. It is also very reasonably priced- I needed a specific corner sofa size and many other companies wanted £3000. Also the sofa was delivered in 10 days which was brilliant unlike 2-3months for other brands. Great sofa and service!

Both sofas Damaged on arrival Main reason i bought these sofas in cream was because APPARENTLY the covers come off for u to wash ! absolutely impossible to get the covers off let alone back on email the owner who said he would send me a video of how to do this ( although unless it’s a secret magical way not sure how this is gonna help ) weeks later no video despite me constantly messaging asking if they could please send and suprise surprise no video owners more interested in posting stupid videos of himself acting like a 🤡 poor quality sofas, look nice but shoddy buy cheap buy twice

I recently purchased a sofa from Sofa & Friends and I am so pleased with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by Morela who was very friendly and knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions I had. The selection of sofas and the colours available was vast. I had been looking for over 4 months and had been to what I thought all the sofa shops 😭 V happy that I was able to find the perfect one for my home. I am very happy with my purchase and cannot wait until it’s delivered.

Ordered a corner sofa, sadly did not fit in the lift and I live 8th floor. So they said we can take it away and get a refund but they keep the £100 delivery! or said they can leave it down Stairs in the block an some how bring it up yourself! I offered to pay extra to bring it up but they wouldn't. They told me through the intercom they can not bring it up didn't even have the decency to come up in the lift and explain 2 my face! Anyways , spoke 2 manager and I had to pay an extra £60 for it to be delivered 2 days later and brought up the stairs. Only because I threatened to go small claims court because I wanted a full refund including my £100 delivery!! He said he would get his best team to bring it back ..... it was the same men that delivered it the 1st time! Finally got it , beautiful sofa everything wrapped in the packaging apart from the cushions. a few of them have little bits of material pulled out and few marks on them. Not ideal but just glad I have a sofa.

Very good service provided by Aga. The sofa bed that I bought is just what I was looking for!!! Very comfortable to set and to sleep. Very quick delivery and the guys who delivered the sofa bed was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this shop and the service. I love sofa and friends, I have a teddy material sofa it’s stylish and well built! They delivered to my location which is about an hour away which is amazing. the lady that helped in the store was super helpful and they have a great selection of sofa’s.

Paid full and ordered my couch delivery was perfect, when I received my couch there was a big coffee stain on the seats. I rang the company and spoken with the boss he assured me that he will have another cover arriving for me in 2 weeks. After no contact and waiting 3 weeks I rang the company to ask on delivery date for the cover I was told it will now be a further 4 weeks (on-top of the 3 week wait) and they won’t have a date yet. This was frustrating as I would like to enjoy my new sofa and not have to sit on it covered on stains. When I expressed this annoyance to the boss, I was told that I have to live with it, he has customers to deal with and hasn’t got time to sit on the phone to me and hung up on me. He gave me 4 minutes of his time after I was waiting 3 weeks for a cushion delivery replacement that hasn’t even been processed yet. Luckily a lovely man rang me back and was able to speak to me respectfully and understand the situation. Hopefully I won’t be left too long with a stained brand new sofa, I’m sure the company is great but not a trustworthy company to deal with when things don’t go to plan! My husband has a large social media following from playing professional sports and I also have a large following from a interior design page, I’m always happy to promote business that treat customers equally and with respect but will defiantly not recommend this company.

We went to visit sofa and friends last month and found the perfect sofa for such a good price! The staff are so lovely and helpful and we couldn’t be happier!

I visited sofa and friends on a Saturday and fell in love with one of their sofas. The gentleman in store was very professional and friendly. We placed the order immediately and on Tuesday our sofa was delivered. I'm still in love and happy with the service i received in store as well as free delivery and assembly. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery guys hadn't left the packaging around the sofa for me to dispose off. There were mountains of plastic and cardboard, which they refused to take with them, stating they weren't allowed. Overall, however, I'm happy with my purchase and will recommend.

We said them that we have no lift and we are on third floor they said just ok. We had a such bad experience with another sofa company. Then immediately we went to Sofa&Friends from Richmond. The lady got our delivery done quickly. I can highly recommend Sofa&Friends. Quality is awesome!

I bought the navagio modular sofa when there was a 10% discount and free delivery. Within one week I had my new sofa in my living room, they even managed to deliver before I went to work. Delivery men assembled the sofa for me and took all rubbish with them. The sofas in the showroom are great and they are all different in there own way. Quality is top notch, if I had more rooms i would buy more.

Excellent customer service. I bought a modular sofa and had a couple of issues. First issue was damage to the leg of one piece by delivery driver not removing leg to get it through the main door of the building I live in. It was then replaced with another sectional piece which turned out to be slightly lower in height to the rest of my sofa by about an inch because i believe it was from a different batch. Issue was resolved and my sofa looks fabulous!
