They sent it a generic email saying they will respond to my enquiry about it in 24 -48 hours, its nearly been a month. I've not received the product either. Companies like this need to be boycotted!

Have been chasing them ever since and just receive standard messages where their repeated excuses no longer stand up. They say they are unable to provide tracking information. Have asked for a refund - they have not replied. Can anyone suggest how to get the money back off them?

United Kingdom | 24 November 2020I have had the same horrible experience as others as far as healthmonthly is concerned. I placed an order on 26th aug for health supplements amounts to nearly £120 and after receiving a shipment status on 5th sept and nearly 3 months of waiting I’m yet to receive even a part of my order. I have been following up with them constantly and just keep received a standard reply about “thanking me for my patience and my order is on the way”! I have asked them for a tracking number but they are unable to provide it and I’ve asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount and nothing! It’s horrible. Something should be done about such companies who fail to deliver and refuse to refund the amount due. There is no way to direct contact them as calls go on automated response as well. It’s looks like they are now running a scam. Just avoid buying anything from them!

United Kingdom | 23 November 2020Something has clearly gone badly wrong with this company, and it has nothing to do with Covid. My guess is that it has teamed up with some very dodgy drop shippers (I see they are appealing for drop ship partners on their website) who are unreliable and over whom they have no control. I have only bought (or tried to buy) from them once, and my story is similar to other recent reviewers. I ordered in early August and the goods have still not arrived. I have now recovered my payment through PayPal. I was a little suspicious when the goods were not shipped for 3 weeks, with an estimate of delivery one month after that. Goods do not take that long to come from Jersey. When my order had not arrived after two months I started inquiries and a long correspondence with Health Monthly ensued. I have to say the emails I received from HM customer service (Michelle) were always very friendly and polite, but not helpful or informative. They clearly had no idea where the goods were. It was all very reminiscent of the Chinese scam companies out there, and I admit I did wonder for a while whether HM were actually in Jersey. All of which I could have forgiven if they'd put their hands up and given me a refund. But they refused to do so until I raised a PayPal Dispute/Claim. I think the lesson with this company is to make sure that what you are ordering is physically in their own shop/warehouse. Otherwise give them a miss.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2020I decided to write a bad review because I saw so many positive reviews and this did not accord with my experience. I thought that customers reading those super reviews would buy their products unaware of the delays in receiving orders. But now I have seen other reviews from customers recently whose products have not arrived. I don't think they're a scam, as some have suggested, as my previous orders arrived fine, but something is not right when you order vitamins on 18th September, and they have still not arrived in late November. I don't want to put these people out of business, but if they can't take the trouble to respond to the messages I have sent about my missing order, then they can't care that much about their reputation. What's going on guys? You're spoiling a great business.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2020Really disappointed. I used to use the company a few years ago and they were great but now. I feel like they are just a bit of a scam. I’ve ordered £50 worth of vitamins and emailed them over 10 times and get the same response, which is just a canned email. Two months on I’ve still not revived my order. Do not order from this company. I feel they may of gone bust and just carry on taking orders.

No human contact can be made despite multiple efforts and every email begs me not to leave bad feedback on social media. This at a time when the vitamins are needed more than ever. Yes covid is effecting the delivery times of most things the world over, but only by a matter of days NOT MONTHS!!! Scam company. They must have been processing orders they knew they could never fulfill and should be avoided at all costs. It seems like before this they were a legitimate company but the decision to use a delivery company that takes this long it even process orders they knew would take months to deliver will cost them their company. Profiteering from the global situation.... Well I hope they made enough to live on for life because their business is done now.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2020Ordered product 2nd September and 12 weeks later still nothing despite order status as fully despatched since 25th September. I have requested information several times via emails and all I get is an automated response blaming Covid. Delivery lead times on their website are still very misleading. No facility to ask for a refund other than an email which may or may not even get acknowledged. Very poor customer service....even a little honesty would help if indeed the delays are due to Covid. Sounds a bit scammish to me...Caveat Emptor!

United Kingdom | 20 November 2020Wow I wished I had read the reviews before I purchased my vitamins back in September, now middle of November and all they can tell me is that they will arrive! Like others have posted, customer services are a joke, no tracking number available, they can’t even tell me if vitamins have left USA. They are using pandemic as an excuse, I think the company are in trouble. I’ve requested a refund twice, now passed on to PayPal who are dealing with it. Never again! You have been warned.

I have emailed them numerous times with a response of them saying they will get it out to me on specific dates and it never shows up. This company asks people not to leave bad reviews but after 4 months of waiting and £20 out of pocket I would say to anyone not to use this company as most likely they are a scam or uninterested in sorting out peoples orders. Would have giving no stars but that wasn't a option.

Trying to hide under too much orders to deal with. Not dealt with such a poor company , Refund takes 6 weeks after return ! will never provide refund looks like. Hassle and frustration not worth for supplement purchaes

Total scam, will never buy from them again. Anyone else in this situation please report to your credit card company and Trading Standards to stop these scammers!

What if my order never arrives?I lose my money? If the suppliers are that bad change your suppliers or product.I won't be ordering from this company again either. Just not acceptable to run a business this way.Date now 12 December still not received and I know I won't,luckily I payed through paypal still got to wait another 30 days from when escalated to PayPal. Going to be 3 1/2 months by the time I get a refund. Disgraceful service on all levels.
