Dreadful. Order never arrived. When I enqiured to chase it up, I was fobbed off. Suspect it was never in stock and a request for a refund was ignored. Bad experience.

NEVER AGAIN! Placed order on 2/8/20, email a few days later saying dispatched. I think they must be dispatching from Mars because by 2/10/20 still not received. Tried to ring, sent emails asking for refund but no response. In the end I had to obtain a refund from Paypal. Honestly, if they can't cope with orders, they shouldn't be taking people's money. Full of excuses about Covid. Here's the thing, Covid has been an opportunity for some internet companies to shine, not Health Monthly!

Quick update. After asking HealthMonthly by email for a refund for my order that I placed on 19th July, 2020 - the great majority of which I still haven't received by 23rd October 2020 - and not getting any confirmation that they ever would refund me, I requested a chargeback procedure from my card-issuing bank, and they refunded me earlier this week. So, knock on wood, chargebacks still seem to work. I also made a report at Action Fraud UK with all the details of my order so other unsuspecting customers will not have to go through the same hassle. It's very sad HealhMonthy had to come to this. I remember they used to be a fine company. :(

Never would use this company again! I placed an order on 24.8.2020, the delivery estimate was 22.9.2020. I had to chase them for a dispatch notice, which eventually came WITHOUT a tracking number. The delivery date had moved to 1.10.2020. I cancelled the entire order and opened a dispute with PayPal. They told me that the supplier would either have to provide a tracking number or return the payment made. The dispute was solved in my favour. I never received the goods - which actually proved that the suppler had lied all along. They never dispatched the goods. Since I have recently placed a lot of orders online and they all arrived within a few days, I cannot accept the excuse of COVID-19.

Only part of my order arrived. I have not been refunded for the part of the order which did not arrive. Additionally, I have not had my email replied to regarding my refund or whether the rest of the order would arrive at a later date. They owe me around £20-30.

Ordered over £50 worth of supplements in the middle of August and never received the items. Have been fobbed off via email and they haven’t got back to me regarding my request for a refund. Do not buy from them! So annoyed. If Health Monthly invested as much energy into issuing refunds as they appear to be reporting reviews they disagree with, the outcome would be much more favourable for everyone. Update: order arrived today-26/10/2020. Order took two and a half months to arrive. Never again.

This is my 2nd review. Still not received my order - 22 days late. Still only automated replies to emails and Facebook Chat/Messenger and their phones shut down. On their website my items are "In Stock with 48 hours processing" If that is true then why I have waited 9 weeks? Are they going bust and just stealing from customers - makes you wonder.

Ordered in August still not received. Emailed several times but told Covid to blame . Please do not use this company at any cost . Buy from a reputable and reliable company , of which this is not one .

Not too happy. Since non-delivery of part of an order I placed with them in July this year I have had automated replies to my query but nothing more.

I am amazed that Trust Pilot continues to support this Company given the negative feedback received. After submitting an order in very early September and chasing and chasing all I have received are repetitive, standard emails of acknowledgement. To add insult to injury I have received two emails advising my parcel is now at stage 2 of dispatch - been there for the last 4 weeks! I neither trust or would ever use this Company again. It is dreadful and completely anonymous. No entry on Companies House. Absolutely conning people in my view. Pensioners can ill afford to line their pockets.

Health Monthly always mess up with deliveries, Always late or sometimes damaged and never replaced. Impossible to get hold of any one. Ordered lots end of Aug and still no reply or delivery. Company is impossible to deal with. Avoid

I am still waiting for a refund of 53.76£. Part of order arrived in 2 deliveries, and the last part never came. Its over 2 months already. I kindly ask lady from customer support, u sent me an email on 8th October and I replied straight away. Please issue refund soonest as promised in your email. Original order was placed beginning of August and its 2.5 month already. Common. Issue refund soonest.

Do not order from this company!! I'm still waiting for an order that i placed at the beginning of August.Despite numerous emails my order hasn't arrived. My enquires are now met with automated email replies which ask for me to be patient! It has become apparent that they have no intention of issuing me with a refund which somewhat contradicts their 'no quibble refund' policy advertised on their website. It's clear that this company is either fraudulent or heading for insolvency!

The order placed on 07.08.2020 was only partially delivered. The second half is still missing more than 2 months later. Even the first two items took 3 weeks to deliver. I contacted the company on two occasions, 20 days later I only received three automated replies. Appalling customer service.

Over and over again this company disappoints! On this experience I paid for postage and after I checked out there was a big sign saying free UK shipping. Trying to get my shipping back is a nightmare......Trouble is they are one of the only places to supply Swanson. But they are honestly the worst company apart from Talktalk that I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs!!!
