United Kingdom | 09 November 2020This is a fraudulent company that run their business out of Gibraltar to avoid UK tax. They will take your money but won't send your items. There is no way of contacting the company over the phone as they don't take calls. I've emailed them at least a dozen times over the last month and only receive the same copy and paste generic email reply each time. Do not use this company as they will steal your money.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2020I ordered from Healthmonthly several times in the past and all went smoothly until my recent order. I ordered on 31 JULY. It's now 8 Nov. Clearly there is something strange going on with their international orders - half of my order arrived quickly, while the other half is nowhere to be seen after 3 months. Very hard to get any replies from their customer service, and when you do finally hear back it's a form letter. It's a shame, but it's clear they are having serious problems right now. They are blaming COVID, but other supplement shops are not having these same issues! They refuse to refund. Will only voucher credit, as if I would order again when I never got the first one! They won't be getting my custom again.

Item still not received 2 months+, so looks like I will have to contact my bank. Terrible that they are allowed to be online still. Wish I'd seen the reviews beforehand that it's a scam website!

I ordered on the 2nd August and three months later have still not received my order. Emails sent will receive a reply saying they are looking into the delay, emails asking for a refund will be ignored. The internet is full of story's similar to mine. AVOID.

United Kingdom | 06 November 2020In my opinion the service is diabolical. I placed the order and was then told the goods are being delivered from America in about five weeks time. Then the goods didn't arrive. They still haven't and I bought the goods on 23rd August 2020. Then i was fobbed off with evasive responses after chasing them by email. By law goods ordered from companies in Jersey, like HealthMonthly, must be delivered in 30 days. I asked for my money back and was sent a credit code. They tried to get me to buy from another company. Got my refund Thanks to me contacting Jersey Trading Standards. They have done a great job. I will not order from HealthMonthly again, ever.

United Kingdom | 06 November 2020UPDATE: Health Monthly also trades under the name Swanson UK. I reported them to ACTION FRAUD UK. I put my order through 8 September. Today, 6 November I still don't have my order delivered, despite an e-mail confirmation that it was dispatched on 24 September. Customer services are useless, you cannot call them or chat with them. It's only e-mails. They cut and paste a standard reply about a fairy story about delays and covid. They keep advising to be patient because I will receive my order. When? Next year? I have all my orders from other companies on time, strangely. They don't respond to refund requests. I'm instructing my bank to recover my money and I'm also reporting the company to trading standards and all other consumer services.

USA, THEY WILL THEN OFFER YOU CREDIT VOUCHER AS A GOODWILL GESTURE TO BE USED ON THEIR SISTER COMPANY WEBSITE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE BETTER TRACKING AND MORE ACCURATE STOCK LEVELS, YOU WILL THEN START GETTING AUTOMATED EMAILS WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND!! I'VE STILL YET TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN EVEN DISPATCHED YET THE COMPANY STILL ASSURES ME THAT MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY??!! WHAT A LOAD OF GARBAGE THIS COMPANY!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. HEALTHMONTHLY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Terrible I think I ordered back in August and recieved a partial order and was told the rest of the order would come by 12th October. Nothing has arrived. I have repeatedly emailed them and have had same response as others, due to Covid, blah blah. I have just again asked for refund (no response to that) I will contact my bank to see if I can get it that way. Do not use this company. I ordered same products today from Amazon no delivery charges (as a lot of companys do if you order over a certain amount) products will arrive Sunday. You would think that a company such as this would flourish due to online sales. Bad bad way to treat customers

No tracking no due delivery date no refund because apparently I will get it, it might be out of date by that time or I might have even passed away by then but I will get it! Do not use this company, they are refusing to refund me my money !!! Update 20/12/20 item still not arrived, opened a dispute with paypal a few days ago, money now refunded, I would still be waiting if it wasn’t for paypal, if they’re like this over £14 what would they be like over more money! Just bad business

United Kingdom | 04 November 2020I ordered 5 containers of bitter melon capsules on the 2nd October 2020 with expected delivery date 5th November 2020. I contacted them by email asking them when i am going to get my order and the reply i received was very long winded excuse how the recent pandemic has slowed down delivery and the deliver thousands of orders every week. I've have had seen this type of excuse before it is when a company wants to hang on to the customer's payment and comes up with every excuse to hang onto their money without actually delivering their order. My advice is once bitten by these people avoid them like they have got the plague.

I got a refund but am still disgusted with the lack of accountability. Waited a while before risking using Health Monthly again, ordered on 14th Oct. Order not dispatched until 29th Oct with expected delivery not until 26th Nov. I've now had to order from somewhere else to get my tablets. Will never shop with them again. Too many problems, too little regard for their customers.

Appalling. This company is a disappointment and clearly have no respect for their customers, blaming everything on Covid-19 instead of their own terrible communication on the placed orders.
