United Kingdom | 03 November 2020If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wish I’d have read these reviews before placing my order on September 3rd. By September 4th, the money had already been taken from my account and I received an email saying my parcel had been dispatched. A few weeks later, I received an email saying I would receive the parcel on 30th October (delays due to COVID) but weirdly, when I contacted health monthly to ask where my parcel was and why there was such a delay, I got an email back from them saying they could not give me a date and just that there would be delays. I contacted them again a few days ago, and again got an automated response saying parcels were delayed due to COVID. If you’re reading this and placed an order that hasn’t arrived, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK- I got my money back within days, it was straight forward. DON’T ORDER from this site, it’s a SCAM!!!!

Sweden | 02 November 2020Not The first time. I am gonna be completly honest in my review of health monthly. I made a order in the end of july. As i am writing this there is still no parcel delivered. The total order was about 40 euros. When contacting them i get a auto reply blaming on The corona virus. They say that i should wait 7-10 days Well Its now 3 months in. Its not The first time. Couple of years back They dident send anything at all but kept The money until i left a review then they pay back what They Owe. This time they just took The money and send same mail 2 Times. If your items dosent get delivered they dont Bother replying they keep The money and hope you give up. I got some of my previous orders from them but Its not ok to play dumb and blame it on a man made virus from China. I will never Come back to this company again. There are others More serious. Thats my honest story. Make your own choice.

Emailed customer service and got automated reply stating it’s Covid be patient and the best bit please don’t leave a bad review. They say it’s coming from the USA even though this was not stated upon ordering. They refuse to give me a refund but offered a voucher to redeem as a good Will gesture while I wait for my paid supplement. Why on earth they would think I would order again from them is incredible and basically stupid . I’ve now had to open a case against them through PayPal to get my money back . They should state quiet clearly that they are based in the USA and shipping times but do not this is miss leading especially when you take the money. Do yourself a favour don’t buy from HM may be cheaper but you don’t receive your goods !!

I ordered something from them at the end of August. It's delivery date initially was end of September. Then beginning of October. Then they said to WAIT 7 DAYS past the expected delivery date, IF product still hadn't arrived it would be considered lost in transit and I could choose between re-order or a refund. Now WELL PAST expected delivery date and this company are giving me the run around. They REFUSE to give me a refund as they insist my product WILL arrive. I raised it with Paypal, they are jerking Paypal around. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Like so many of the resent reviews I placed an order and have been waiting for more than 3 months for this order to be satisfied. After the order was confirmed as despatched. I have received numerous amounts of information from Carly (Customer Services), regarding delays from suppliers in the US. But you can still place an order for a delivery in 5 working days. I have had no issues with this provider in the past. Notwithstanding that statement I would advise people not to order from this company. I understand by the nature of this statemen I will more than likely not receive my current order, but if it stops people making further order from this company I will achieved the reason for writing this review. United Kingdom | 30 October 2020My experience is alarmingly similar to Amanda’s (below). I ordered in August and at no point of the ordering process were delivery delays mentioned. It’s now the end of October and still no sign of my order, despite receiving an email suggesting my items were fully dispatched on the 12th September! I’ve contacted the company several times, but the customer service is amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced (even worse than Sports Direct). I typically receive copy and paste responses using Covid-related excuses. The company has so far refused to issue a refund, so I’m now having to follow other routes to get my money back. Funnily enough, they begged me not to leave negative feedback/reviews about my experience! Perhaps if they treated customers with some respect I wouldn’t have needed to. Judging by the other reviews on here, I’m guessing that they won’t be in business much longer given their customer treatment policy. Just as an update to this - I would strongly advise all affected customers to apply for a refund through Visa Chargeback or PayPal; the process is pretty straightforward and there’s a reasonably high success rate.

United Kingdom | 29 October 2020I placed an order with these guys August 6th. Its now 29th October and still no sign whatsoever of my order. I have communicated with Joshua from Customer Service a few times - his emails make little to no sense, a mix of a personalised reply and automated spiel. Essentially telling me to be patient and that I will get my order eventually and that delivery times have now gone from 3 and 10 working to days 8 and 30 working days... I have been waiting nearly 3 months. I have requested a tracking code - this has been ignored. Also requested refund, which Joshua told me I could not have. They have now given me £30 credit to spend in their store out of 'good will' - hilarious. Why would I want to order AGAIN after this experience? Incredibly frustrating that their phone lines & live chat have been 'temporarily disabled'. Possibly the worst customer service i've ever experienced, and truly ironic that they are asking customers to please be kind before leaving bad reviews on Trust Pilot. I was very patient and have tried very hard to communicate with your team fairly, all things considered at this very worrying time globally. But you cannot ask customers to cut you slack when you take their money and run.

I contacted customer service, (phone lines are switch off.... how brave they cannot face with customers). Then I received an email asking me to wait 12th October (!!!!!! Ordered in July) then another 12 working days and if I still dis not have my order contact them. How nice and customer friendly attitude. I am wondering if they ask me to wait till Jesus reborn or we land on the Mars, or.....

United Kingdom | 28 October 2020I made an order in May 2020. Two months later one part of the three part order turned up as there were stock issues, with the other two pending. Took this as a delay with the pandemic etc so fair enough. I was recently advised that this won’t be delivered until December, So I have asked again. The delivery date is now open ended so my order has been cancelled. Which is ok, but I’ve been given a credit note, not my money back. I have asked for this. I’ve given three stars as I have received prompt emails back and the lady I’ve been dealing with has been really lovely and understanding. But otherwise not great at letting you know updates on your orders, or stock levels...

United Kingdom | 27 October 2020Ridiculous. After waiting two months for my items I have asked for a refund as they claim that after 10 days delay items are considered as lost. They are trying to refuse a refund saying that the estimated waiting times have increased and the items will still appear. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Will not buy from them again and do not recommend.

I order supplements from all over the World and have never been faced with extremely, and consistently bad service. I placed an order on 28th July, with notification of dispatch... chased and chased Health Monthly by email. Was first told of delay due to US 'issues' (i'd since placed several orders online using iherb (shipping from US), which no issues whatsoever. Then told items had been lost and replacements would be sent.....i'm still waiting. Placed second order on 10th Sept (for different items.... exactly the same thing happened.... i'm still waiting. This surely cannot just be happening to me?
