Order placed on 04/08/20 and now 2 delivery dates have expired without receipt of items. The company is using COVID as an excuse for their terrible service. I find that hard to believe when every other company I have ordered from has completed the transaction without delay. Thankfully I paid using PayPal so I do not have to deal with this company to get my refund. 👇 😂 - your response and system is comical, I have not provided an order number. Not only do you not fulfil your orders, but you also don’t know who you are responding to. Avoid this company.

Good products and prices but quite slow delivery times and the same order split up into different lots arriving late or at a different date from the original order.

They took £236 from my Paypal account nearly two months ago. No goods. No responses to my emails. PayPal should not be dealing with them. Feels like fraud to me.

After 2 months of waiting nothing came they even send a message after I wrote them what is happening, that delivery will be later 1.5month from order. No information given no goods received no refund. Terrible experience absolutely NO recommendation!

Dreadful Orders placed beginning August Delivery due September It's now October and still no delivery If you need supplements go elsewhere Plus postage is heavily rammed up

I’ve been waiting more than a month for vitamins from Health Monthly and all I get after chasing them are excuses blaming the Covid-19 problems. I’ve asked for my money back but this is ignored. I think their responses are automatic and totally useless. I can not recommend this company - they appear to be a sham operation. I do however recommend Healthspan who are professional and offer much more than health products, lots of advice too. GKM.

I placed an order 3 months ago and still not received it when i ordered back in july i didn`t think it would take this long i have sent many emails to Health monthly and no response back and this is ongoing untill i get me order i`m not happy.

It is now nearly 9 weeks since my order costing £54.54 was placed. Still not received it and my request for a refund has been ignored. I am very unhappy and will be making a complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority and MasterCard.

My order took quite a long time to arrive, but in the end it did. After two months and half or so. Normally their orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but this time it took much longer due the COVID-19 crisis. Customer service cleared all my doubts, not as promptly as usual, but that's understandable due the current circumstances. It was nice the whole order arrived in one single bag. Before it was several white bags containing 2 bottles in each bag.

Ordered a product around 7 weeks ago with a predicted delivery of 4 weeks. After much waiting and attempts to get a refund I am still waiting. Prompt customer service , however the excuse list piles up all about stock and Covid delays. I ordered the same product from another two vendors and it took 2/3 days. I will leave it there.

Have been waiting for my order for coming on to a month and still nothing. Customer support have sent me the same email 3 times, which is just an pre written response with no relevant information. No tracking numer either which is annoying. I will not be ordering again.

Don't order if you're in a hurry delivery times are weeks!!! Ordered 09.09 estimated delivery date 22.10 !!!!

This company is terrible Haven't received my order, no email contact and put in and asked for refund and I've got no tablets It's just a rip-off and ringing the company feels and seems like a fake voice How can a company keep our money for so long? Months... And no refund given

We ordered royal jelly 2nd August it wasn’t dispatched till the 20th.We still haven’t received them.No good blaming the virus.I thought I was a loyal customer, obviously not.I have ordered other things from different companies which have arrived exactly on time.So why it should take all this time.
