I opened a dispute with Paypal and they sided with me and refunded me. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here. They also send out automated email responses from their 'CEO'.

I received part of an order beginning of January with the promise other 2 items would be dispatched within a few days. I've kept emailing for updates my first email had an automated response but my others haven't even had that! I've no chance, I suppose, of getting my money back if, as I've just read, they've gone in to liquidation!!!! I'm so angry

United Kingdom | 19 February 2021I placed an order with this company in October 2020. It was partially dispatched, with 3 out of 4 supplements quickly arriving. The fourth was meant to arrive in December, then the date kept getting pushed back, with the latest arrival supposedly due in April. The last message in January was sent after the company went into liquidation, assuring me that they would respond within 24 hours. Nearly three weeks later my latest message went unanswered and when I logged in to my account that’s when I learned they had gone into administration. I do not wish harm to anyone, but I also do not agree with such underhanded practices. If you cannot fulfil an order, you should do the right thing and offer your customers a refund, not greedily keep hold of a customer’s money. Thieves do not deserve to prosper. Fortunately for me, I opened a dispute and received the money I was owed. I would encourage anyone else who has lost money to this company to do the same thing.

Slovenia | 19 February 2021I also was one of those who did not receive the goods ordered from Health monthly. I complained to PayPal and they resolved the issue in 10 days and I got a refund.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2021I wish there was a way to give negative number of stars. One star is far too generous for this evil bunch. Ordered in August 2020, still waiting for products. No replies to my emails. Last month there were no products available on their site. Last week the site said they had gone out of business. Now all the products are back and they are selling stuff again. Buyer Beware.

Rang today, says due to Covid they have shut down phonelines. Their website says they are facing liquidation but they are still advertising products.

I have emailed them twice only to receive automated responses telling me how busy they are. Congratulations to them, but they should have postponed or reduced their intake of orders if this is the case. I have also requested a refund which I am yet to receive.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2021Just received a refund via PayPal after opening a case. Order not received from October 2020. If you used PayPal and decide to open a case, save/copy your order details and any communication. Luckily I did, as shortly after opening the case with PayPal- my order and the information mysteriously disappeared off my account on healthmonthly (yet a previous honored order from years ago was still there).

United Kingdom | 11 February 2021Placed an order in October, emailed at the end of December to ask when my product would arrive, got told to wait longer due to COVID-19 delays. Emailed again today (Feb) and found out the company have gone into liquidation and didn't tell any customers, just explained that their items may take longer. Deceitful, awful company. Please do not buy from them as I hear they are still trying to sell products!
