Update. I see the site now states that the company has ceased to trade. While this sad, the directors have taken money from a lot of good honest hard working people with no intention of shipping out the stock. Would give no stars if possible. Do not buy, all you are doing is financing this company, they have no stock to sell. As a regular buyer problems started in June 2020 stock was delayed (which was fine due to Covid) however this was happening to all stock I had ordered (2-3 plus months delivery time) They apologised with a credit to spend on a site with a different name, stating that this stock would arrive fast as it was in the UK. This was in August still no sign of it) I ordered product in November with a ship date December 29th, then it moved to January, then to 9th February and now its moved to mid February. They used to respond to emails personally, then on to a standard email blaming Covid.....and now they don't even respond. I am going to take this complaint to a body to investigate the company as this is verging on fraud.

same as others here. Placed my order on 23 November 2020 and to this day items haven't been delivered. I sent them an email over a week ago, no one replied to this day. I will need to claim my money back through my credit card company.

£50 order I made at the start of December has gone missing. Was not notified that they had gone into liquidation weeks ago and don't seem to be able to contact the company any more, so I'm not sure how I'm going to get my money back. Lack of communication from them would be my main complaint. Barely any point giving them a review now as they've gone bust, but they were quite good when they were running other than increasingly long delivery times.

I felt that there was something odd when I tried to order a product that was out of stock and suddenly it was available when I enquired about the restock time. And then it was suddenly unavailable when I went to order it and a second enquiry suddenly saw it become available again. This was in October 2020. I feel that this now defunct business was taking orders without the intention to supply.

After 3 months of waiting I have given up waiting for my items . I’ve asked for an update or at least a refund multiple time

Sadly this company has gone bust. Have used them for years with no problems but my latest order was last September and took 3 months to arrive (but it did arrive!). I already knew I would be sending it back and followed the instructions to do so in December. After that only auto-replies. But don't despair people - I did a Chargeback through my credit card last week and yesterday the money was refunded.

Appears I am one of the many defrauded by this company, order placed 1st November, apparently shipped 22nd November. Never delivered. Did contact the fraud team at Jersey Police. They said that nobody else had complained and they had not heard of any problems. If enough people ring them perhaps they will investigate the Director for defrauding people. These people should be stopped from ever running a business again. You can find the number on the internet.

Although this company is a co.uk company, the products come from all over the world! I ordered vitamins £50 worth back in Oct 2020 and still haven't received them 3 months later. They have lied to me continuously and refuse to refund my money. They now don't even return my emails!! I could cry.

My order never arrived! It has been 3 months now since i ordered some products from this company and to date, it haven't arrived. Despite sending them numerous emails, I haven't a repy.

This company is still trading online! Yet they have gone into receivership got a refund from PayPal good job I used them,

I ordered supplements in early oct 2020 to support my next cycle of IVF. I waited 6 weeks before I chased as I understand the global pressures during pandemic.... after a few emails I was sent a credit note to reorder some that would likely arrive sooner while I waited for my order. I was able to order a Very limited amount of co enzyme q10 which did arrive but I'm am still waiting for my order which was the right dose and right amount that I needed for my 3 month pre cycle plan. Now i am running out and they will not reply to my email This product was £80+ so not cheap and not something I can get from super market. I feel very let down and upset with this company

Same as previous reviews. Ordered Nov 7th. Paid £65. Contacted them numerous times. Got a load of baloney from Joshua in customer services. This company represents itself as a .co.uk domain & the goods in stock, but is shipping from abroad. Now going to have to waste my time raising a PayPal complaint. Don’t touch this company. No goods & terrible customer service. Edited - see they’ve gone bust...

I still have not received the products I ordered in november 2020 for 93,75 £. I contacted health monthly uk several times without getting a response, goods or money back. Very disappointed!

Order made in November still not received. After several email requests for a full refund, still no response. I now see that the company ceased trading 21/1/21 - advice is to contact PayPal/ bank to arrange refund.

What ever you dont order from this company. Ordered never received and wont respond to my emails. Might as we just put your money in the bin.

This company is a joke. I've ordered some supplements in October, it is February now and I still didn't get anything. Wrote an email to them and obviously responce was to wait because of covid lol. How is it that Royal Mail, Hermes and others operate as normal and all orders from ebay arrive as estimated, like in 2-3 days. So this is totally bullsh*t. Avoid them if you want to get your order.

Avoid this company. My order was placed Oct 19th 2020 today is Jan 30 2021...still no product. Contacted repeatedly with the same excuse...it’s on its way so they can’t credit me. It’s never been received and when you call the company it has a recording that they’re too busy to answer. Total scam... avoid. Worst service ever.

Sad to say, what was once a good company with a huge range of products, has gone downhill fast in the past couple of years. I will restrict my comments to my last order on 1st November, (allegedly dispatched eventually on 21st November) which has still not been delivered. I have been in communication with Customer Services on several occasions, and initially got fed a variety of excuses, which included Christmas delays, Covid-19 delays, and that the items were sourced from the USA. Those excuses were made over a month ago. (In the meantime I ordered some supplements from another Health Supplements company that dispatches from the USA and the items arrived within about a fortnight). My two subsequent emails reporting that there has still been no delivery 3 months after order date, and requesting a refund have been ignored - no response.

Still waiting for my order from 5/10/2020 reading all the reviews I have gave up hope of ever receiving it AVOID this company

They are now in administration and anyone with an outstanding refund should have received an email from Grant Thornton, contact them on Authentic.Produce @ gt-ci .com There is a creditors meeting next week. You are still advised to open a chargeback case with your credit or debit card company or PayPal.
