United Kingdom | 26 September 2020I have been sent an email asking for this review by HealthyMonthly about my 'recent' order... I have not received it yet & the order was placed in July!!! Furthermore, my first enquiry as to why it is taking so long was answered with a generic COVID based reply and no more not answering my query... So a few days ago I asked again & have had no response. Absolutely shocking, especially so when the items were shown in stock on the website when I placed the order and they still show in stock when I checked a day or two ago... So where on earth are my products??? RIDICULOUS ALL ROUND!!!

I fully appreciate that these are difficult times for everyone,I have been emailing HM for weeks,I cannot get a straight answer from anyone,I have been charged a higher price for my goods to which I have not received yet,than their advertised price. No one is taking ownership of the issue,this has culminated in this review. It has become very frustrating

At the time of purchase there was no indication that the order would take a month to arrive (stated in their first despatch email).The next email from the company extended the 'estimated delivery' from 8th Sept to 21st Sept stating the order had been despatched. It is now the 25th Sept. Trying to use their website to contact them resulted in several frustrating attempts to send a web form that refused to work owing to the order number not being 'valid' - it was. Basically don't use them, they are, for whatever reason, falling apart. ------------------------------------------------------------ supplemental: Oct 10th Well they did refund. Still no sign of the item ordered though. Bought elsewhere, no delay.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2020Health Monthly always deliver the goods, even when it takes a few weeks longer, as happened with my last order. The customer service team were very helpful, staying on top of it all the way - and the goods came in the end. I've been a customer for years, and I'll certainly be ordering again.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2020Will never use this Company again although I have used in the past. Ordered product on 30th July which was shown to be in stock. Product hadn’t arrived after 3 weeks so contacted them via there online system. They then amended delivery date to 11th September. Still no product so I tried asking for a refund again via my online account with them. Whatever you ask them they reply with a standard email blaming Covid. They seem not to read your ticket or respond to your question. They just send standard Covid response. And their website claims that their website and call centres are temporarily suspended so they can deal with emails. So almost 3 months in and still no product and still no refund as requested. Buy your supplements from elsewhere, there are plenty of good suppliers on Ebay, and with more protection if product does not arrive.

After many many emails as there was no other way to contact them I finally had a response (after several automated msgs) offering my money back. Only received 1 payment still waiting for the other and that is 3 months ago !!!
