This is an American company advertising worldwide and they do not disclose this when you order so you have no idea that it will be months, maybe never, that you will receive your order

Contacted to ask about order via email to be informed my order to be told check with post office in case my order was there. No order at Post Office and need to wait 20 days after delivery date for order to be considered lost. I will contact customer service in due time.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2020I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund via paypal is the company did not respond to any emails in over 6 weeks. Got lots of automated responses but now emails. Product never arrived. Don't normally leave bad reviews, but was very annoyed.

After over 5 messages to the company, I have not had anything more than an automatic reply, with no personal response. I understand Covid has interfered with everything, but this is completely inexcusable. Had I had a personalised message to explain and chase up my order, I'd have been happier. Apparently my items have arrived, but they are nowhere to be seen.

United Kingdom | 23 September 2020First time customer. Ordered item in late July and have yet to receive it... shocking! Opened up a item not received refund request through PayPal resolution centre. Will not be ordering from this company again and would advise others to avoid.

United Kingdom | 23 September 2020I ordered on the 18 July and was given the 12 August to have my delivery date, already a very long time to have to wait for the order. Came the 12 August and as I have had 7 items, not one item came. Contacted them and got a very generic response about how they are getting delayed on their delivery side and that I should give them another 7 days. I did so, and again nothing. Wrote to them, again and again, a generic respond. By this time it was September and I requested my money back and again another silly email and not giving my money back, again another email and again no refund. This company is not to be trusted with the stock in hand as they give you the impression that they have the stock even though is coming from different part of the world hence different time of delivery, but on this occasion, I don't believe that they had even sent one item to me and they never gave me a refund at the end of it. So be cautious with parting with your money, you might have to wait forever for your goods or never manage to get a refund from them.

Can not understand how you get loads of bad reviews all saying the same thing then a review that says how amazing you are and there goods arrived on time. Why ???

United Kingdom | 23 September 2020Still waiting,asked for a refund many times, I think this is a scam after reading reviews,thank good ours were only £12,but saying that all this money adds up ,they must of taken thousands from people ,they blame Covid ,but I have received goods from all over the world in less time during Covid.After your reply just that I didn’t give you a reference number,so I don’t know why you say you can’t find me ,also when I’ve asked for refund you have apologised for the delay and asked me to be patience for delivery,also you have recently gave me the date of 28 September,,so if you can’t find my order WHY GIVE ME A DATE .RIP OFF

United Kingdom | 22 September 2020I have ordered from from the company before over the last year and its always taken a week or 2 for these to arrive, understandable since many products come from overseas, but I will not be buying from them again. 2 orders placed in July, and another at the beginning of August and nothing has arrived. Their website contact options are a shambles, with the only option being submit a query, and you only receive an automated response via email when you submit a query regarding your missing orders. No refund, no other contact options. If the company is not capable of coping with customers orders due to low staff levels and issues with postal services, this should be expressed on their website before paying for the order.
