A company that doesn't believe in the distance selling regulations - sends incorrect items which don't work then refuse to accept them back because the item has been used. Of course, you wouldn't have a way to know the item didn't work without trying the item! When this was pointed out during a phone call to them, I was told to F*** Off, which personally I would consider rather unprofessional. Disgusting customer service which should be avoided!

I advise you not to order on this site, it tells me to repay a second time my order and its done more than three weeks that I wait.

Still not received the item. 7 days now. When delivery is advised as 2-4 days and no contact to explain the reason for the delay

Excellent service, regular email updates on order from being picked, dispatched and delivered. Great service, would recommend to others.

The prices are great which is the main reason for choosing CAC - the website helps you find the right patches, fascias etc. Problem was the product was 'In Stock' but when I checked after a few days it was in 'back order' - I phoned up to complain about the poor communication. However, the issue was sorted quickly and I had an alternative delivered next day. All fitted (eventually) and working really well.

Placed an online order for an MTX sub at a good price but received a notification that there was an issue with my order. They advised me there was a delay on my order then emailed me a week later to advise that my order couldn't be fulfilled within a suitable timescale and just cancelled it!! Having checked the website for this item it has now been increased by around £80!! Disgusting behaviour and surely illegal.

Good easy to use website with a good range of products. There prices were reasonable to. Received a confirmation email to say that my order had been processed and I would get another email with a tracking number when it was on the way. I did not receive this email but a minor issue. Item was delivered 5 days after order was placed so overall a quick and efficient service.More than happy to use again. Would definitely recommend Car Audio Center.

Delivery quick product very good

At first really helpful. Placed order. No tracking email sent. Phoned them said they would send email to track when items dispatched there was a supply problem with order not complete. BUT they did say they would keep me informed and up to date not heard a thing. But they do have my £275. in the mean time. Not to Happy to say the least Hope its correct and all there when i get it one day i hope.

Not even had it yet not good

After placing my order online I was emailed to call up to discuss the issue of not having an item I had ordered. The advisor on the telephone was so knowledgeable of all the products they sell he helped me to upgrade and complete my order in on time at all. I will totally recommend this company to all of my friends and family

Product was a good price with free postage, order arrived a couple of days later ,very good service. Havnt had time to fit it yet so can't commit on the product yet

What can I say? Mistakes happen. Order refunded due to a stock error but leaves a sour taste. Refund was back in my account before they told me, but the automated notifying email was a bit misleading otherwise I would have given a better ratting if they gave better information but the email read: we are currently unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion. Disappointed
