Item was not in stock even though was shown as in stock at time of order. Not contacted until 2 day s after order and offered alternative stereo at same price, seems like this happens often going by other reviews - the same alternative stereo was also same price at Halfords where I could collect same day so asked for refund rather than wait a further 2 days for delivery. Only bit they did well was process the refund promptly. Disappointed and unfortunately I can’t recommend this company to others on this occasion.

I purchased the Snooper XL reduced to £99. Great price and fast delivery. However as much as i would want this product to work it is sadly not fit for purpose. Desipte numerous calls to this company and to Snooper themselves, I receive no resolution to the problem, which is-The Snooper does not tell you what the correct Speed limit on each roads. It indicates a speed limit of 30 MPH roads, even in 20 mph zones. Snooper state they have not updated their maps, last updated end of 2020.They also state they do not know when they will perform the next map uodate to correct these errors. This and Car Audio Centres, take it or leave it attitude is most unfortunate and regrettable. As much as I want this product to work, I have no choice but to return it. Totally disappointed in both companies.

Prompt delivery. As described. Box contains radio, wiring loom, two radio removal tools, cage and instructions. As I’m fitting this radio in my caravan, I had to purchase an aerial splitter which has a dab female receiver and an fm/am aerial connector that attached to the back of the radio. The spitter then connects into the existing aerial connection in the caravan. I have yet to fit it and test the radio but fingers crossed all will go to plan😀

I got a double din radio installation kit for a Toyota Avensis 2006 and it was perfect. I looked up YouTube videos on how to fit the parts and followed the instructions for wiring and it works great. Had a small issue, rang customer support, they were great and solved my problem, turns out I was just stupid. Over all, great product, relatively straight forward installation with a bit YouTube help, looks decent too.

I ordered because the website showed 8 units in stock. However, having ordered I have a backorder pending. I asked Car Audio Centre to explain this by sending an email and heard nothing for over a week now. Pretty good price but I feel misled when other vendors can actually provide now at that price. I am in danger of missing my fitting appointment.
