Ordered a simple set of speakers on the 5th July apparently delivered in 2-4 days. It’s now the 22nd and nothing. Each Customer service advisor makes up a new excuse.

Following from an email showcasing some promo items, which I’ll be honest I was waiting to receive, ordering the item I wanted and searching for a couple of additional items to support my main purchase was straightforward and using PayPal to check out you know it’s safe and easy to use. Items delivered packaged safely, and within a couple of days. Hopefully now everything works well and is easy to install.

Been shopping around to get a car radio so i could listen to my Spotify music in my car. When I stumble unto this company. "Ilford branch"was my closest one. They had good reviews online and plenty of choices. So I went there! My lovely car audio was fitted straight away. They showed me how to connected my Bluetooth to my phone.So i was very pleased. Im not a techy person at all . Whislt they were doing the work, I was able to wait in the "air cond" shop (was super hot that day!!). The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I most definitely recommend 👍

Good prices and prompt delivery. Put the sub in my 1989 t25 to bring it up to date.

Superb head unit my second of this exact model. Fitted to a second vehicle as I honestly couldn’t find an alternate that ticked all the same boxes. Searched a while before finding one as good value as Car Audio Centre. Genuinely impressed with the speed of delivery and service. Hope to use them again.

Great products and great delivery and packaging but I had an issue and they never responded to my email. Took me days to get it sorted and I had no support from then when doing my own install. Customer support should be a priority but I guess not in the case as it would have been a 5/5 review even if they responded. I was also missing my “free” air freshener.

Rang and checked a couple of details before ordering a budget Pioneer CD Radio for the Motorhome, and it was deliveredwithin a couple of days.

Placed first order - order despatched and arrived, slight issue with downloading invoice but resolved quickly and professionally by Gary Digva. Impressive service!

I brought a 600 pound head unit and 200 pound sub kit the head unit microphone didn't work so had to pay for a new 1 and some to fit it again which cost more money then write to them still heard nothing in 3 days

Ordered pair of Kenwood Car speakers at a great price. Very pleased with whole process. Delivered promptly and in perfect condition.

I ordered some speakers, they were showing 1 in stock, a week later they hadn’t turned up so sent an email asking an approx delivery date, no reply. I then checked on line and it showed that there were 5 in stock, so I called the customer service number, and was advised that there were actually none in stock, and they had no idea when they were expecting any. My advice phone up and order and ask to confirm physical stock

Took payment and never sent items. I have contacted my credit card company.

The radio is fine but some instructions would be useful. I did not receive the free air freshener and my order appeared to show a dab aerial was included but I didn't receive this either.

Amazon order returned, as not product ordered, no refund and no mention of return on Amazon despit e signed for return. Order direct with cashed a week ago , no goods , no answer to e-mail i,m fuming .....do not give creedence to shop with, take this as a warning.
