Ordered on a Thursday. By following Thursday no confirmation that order dispatched. Contacted through website, no response. You’ve taken my money but I have no idea if you are even going to send me what I ordered. Now going to have to waste my time calling up and probably either cancel or have to wait another week. Poor.

Package never arrived

I have ordered from here twice. The first time was for a Pioneer double din head unit and the second time was for a few different audio items Inc. amplifiers etc. On both occasions I ordered from their website which listed everything in stock and available for next day delivery (except special order items which have a lead time of 5-7 days), both times 2 days after my order I received an email asking me to call as there is a problem with my order, I call and I'm told that none of the items I want are in stock and I can either wait for a refund or change the order. Both times I opt to change the order, but all they have in stock are more expensive items so I have to pay the difference. The items that have a 5-7 day lead time I find out 8 days after my order that I they are on back order with no ETA available, they have issued a refund but I have to wait for it to be processed. This scenario has happened with too many items for it to be a coincidence, it seems to be a sales strategy to upsell to consumers, either that or they are woefully inept at maintaining up to date stock information on their website. I will not be taking the chance again and I can only recommend that you look elsewhere first.

Extremely quick shipping, very impressed

Tried ordering 3 different amplifiers on 3 separate occasions but each time I was sent an email a day or so later requesting I call them back to then be told they don't actually have the amplifiers. Ended up buying from elsewhere.

Ordered scala rider £89.99 4 days later send email to say damaged by courier no offer to send replacement then have to chase a week later to be given refund would not recommend this company

Have been sent this review !!!! Ordered part a few weeks ago just made contact with CAC , asked when I am getting 2 of my 3 orders and was told I chase it up Not convinced by the person I spoke too , and the lack of being positive. Told they do not have these parts but on the web site showing 3 ???? How does that work , next time I will use another supplier as they take the money and no goods

I did not notice that shipping fees are required to countries outside the common market (Israel) although the order was accepted. The message about a malfunction came quickly. I sent 2 messages through the site but did not receive a response. The email that appears on the website and to which I was referred by a reply on Facebook returned as non-existent.
