I ordered a lighting board that was shown on the website as being in stock (and still is), and I am still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later. I received an automated email after about 10 days telling me they were out of stock, but still no indication of when they will be back in stock. Hopeless!

Sold me a set of speakers showing 5 in stock when the product had actually been discontinued. At first I didn’t realise but after a few days I wondered why the speakers hadn’t arrived, I went back through my emails and found one was asking for me to contact them. Not sure why they didn’t call me instead of me having to call them. When I called they didn’t have and comparable alternatives so I asked for a refund. Took them 3 days to send the refund through. Not a fantastic service.

Tried to purchase a JVC KD-DB912BT MP3 CD player yesterday at 16.45 through your web site. Was not informed it was out of stock at any point. Put my card details in and your system crashed with an error message. Checked my credit card transactions and the amount was "pending" to you but had no confirmation email that the order was placed. Rang your contact number 0330 320 5050 could not get through and left a message for someone to call me- no-one did. Rang again this morning and spoke to Phoebe, who informed me that my payment was showing on your system as aborted and also the item was not in stock. She said it may take a few days for my payment to be cancelled. I asked her to look into it and ring me back to put my mind at rest that this had been sorted. She said she could not ring me back as her system did not have the capability to do so. I asked to be referred to customer service and Phoebe mumbled something about the manager not being available. I asked her if she could recommend another similar radio that you did have in stock - I gave up on that one when she asked me what features I wanted ..pretty obvious .. I wanted features same as the one I thought I'd ordered! all in all a very lack lustre service and I will be going elsewhere for my car radio.

Firstly I got an email saying the speakers I had ordered had been posted out to me then two days latter. I got another email telling me the speakers where now suddenly out off stock but fair play to you. you offered me some replacement speakers at the same price. As I had read the review on the speakers I ordered but not the replacement ones I didn't know what to expect. but so far the replacement ones are working out fine

Fitted the Sub yesterday, what an absolute bargain.
